Luxury with a Laid-Back Vibe
When you arrive at Home Sweet Tybee Home you will find assigned off street parking for 2 vehicles. Checking in is a breeze with elevator access and keyless entry to the condo. A covered breezeway provides a warm welcome when you arrive at the front door.

When you cross the threshold of your Tybee rental, a laid-back, beach-centered vibe draws you in with reflections of warm sand and blue waters. A contemporary open floor plan of the main living area conveys a sense of expanse with glass doors to the balcony as a focal point. The living room beckons with plush, comfy couches facing the flat-screen TV and club chairs. Gather 'round for movie night or catch the weather report before you head out for daily adventures.

Pass through the living room to open the sliding glass doors to your own private balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony features a gas grill, seating, and outdoor table.

Back inside, the dining table just beyond the living area provides a gathering spot for meals or card games alike! A few steps away, the peninsula transitions to the gourmet kitchen. Perch at the breakfast bar for quick meals or set up a buffet style spread of all your family favorites. The expanse of counter space is perfect for communal meal prep. Full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator-freezer, range-oven, dishwasher and microwave make it easy to prepare epic meals. A complete supply of dishes, glasses, flatware and cooking tools are tucked away in the cupboards and drawers, awaiting your bidding.

Just off the living space, you'll find the spacious master suite. Bedside tables with reading lamps frame the king-sized bed, which is piled high with pillows and a soft bedding. Home Sweet Tybee Home is located in the gated Brass Rail community which offers amazing on site amenities including 2 on-site pools and hot tub. Relax on one of the poolside loungers while the kids get to splash around!

South Beach is a short walk from your front door. It's a popular place for playing in the surf, lounging and people-watching. You can even rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach! When it's time to take a break from the sand, stroll onto the Pier and Pavilion, a picturesque wooden structure that extends out over the Atlantic. Anglers can rent fishing supplies from the tackle shop and cast a line into the sea while spectators visit the snack bar and relax at the picnic tables. Home Tybee Home is also located just down the block from the hub of Tybee at Tybrisa Street. Here you will find a variety of restaurants, gift shops, bars and dessert shops. Grab a frozen to-go drink for the beach or plan a nice dinner at Pier 16 on the rooftop deck.

For a change of pace, rent beach cruiser bicycles and see more of the island. Take the bike bath on 2nd Ave all the way over to the north end of the island to explore the old Tybee Lighthouse. For those who desire adventure on the water, you can rent kayaks to explore the marshes or book an exciting dolphin excursion. There is something for everyone!

In addition to the on-site pools at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50 lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
