A newly renovated cottage nestled between two beaches on the Northumberland strait. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens (1 full and 1 that is not fully stocked). The main kitchen is on the bottom floor and fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there is a fridge and a stove upstairs that is usable. The upstairs is not accessible from the bottom level. It is designed like two separate places. Both the top and bottom floor have decks on both sides. There is a wraparound deck to walk up the stairs to get into the top floor. There will NOT be other people staying at the same time, we rent it as a whole unit. It is the perfect accommodation for two families or two couples, who want to vacation together and be in close proximity, yet not share the same personal spaces. One side of the cottage is on a beautiful, sandy beach, the other side of the cottage is nestled in a cove, with a view of the Prince Edward Island fairy crossing. The Beach is private, there is no public access, for Cottage owners only. On a nice calm day you will be able to see the ferry go back-and-forth from both sides of the cottage and from the beach, you can see Prince Edward Island from a distance. It is very serene and peaceful, and the perfect vacation.
