This recently renovated, modern cosy beach house has plenty of room to relax with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up the dining area to the backyard. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, Sandy Rays is the quintessential beach stay you've been looking for.

When it’s time for dinner you can whip up a meal in the magazine-worthy kitchen with brand new appliances, or enjoy the cooling sea breeze as you cook up a storm on the BBQ, then turn in comfortably for the night with beds for eight across three bedrooms all with new bedding. In the mornings you can freshen up in the walk-in waterfall shower, and wake up slowly with a cup of tea in the courtyard.

Sandy Rays is situated equal easy walking distance from Culburra Beach for beautiful beach views and swimming, and Lake Wollomboola for bird-watching or fishing. The heated outdoor shower will ensure no beach bums track sand across the house when they return from exploring, and you’re less than a ten-minute walk from the centre of Culburra Beach’s main shops and restaurants when you don’t feel like cooking.

Spending time in this outdoor entertaining area is made easy with it's gorgeous deck and outdoor dining that seats 8, a second undercover space with outdoor seating and space for the kids to run around happily. As the sun goes down, gather around the fire pit in your own backyard and watch an unrivalled view of the milky way emerge overhead. Wake up as many days as you desire at Sandy Rays for a holiday you won’t soon forget.

- Bedroom 3 is a Tri Bunk (1 x Double below and 1 x Single on top) and 1 x Single.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Fencing: The property has a fenced rear garden - the front garden is unfenced.

If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
