Located on the top floor in the premier Prospector Square area, this coveted spot places you steps away from the Rail Trail and is only about a mile away from world-class ski slopes. All this, plus access to lots of resort-style extras too— Prospector Condos 435 is nothing short of Park City perfection.

Once inside, you’ll see that this small space has been well-designed to feel roomy and comfortable. The main LIVING AREA consists of a stylish gray futon, which also easily transforms into a convenient sleeping space for a child or small adult. Wide wood plank floors and soaring vaulted ceilings throughout add a dash of rugged cabin vibes blended perfectly with luxury hotel suite charm.

Next to the living space is a QUEEN-SIZED BED that faces the large HDTV, so you can get comfy on either the bed or the futon for a movie night. This versatile room also includes a DINING TABLE with room for four.

There’s also a spacious KITCHENETTE on one end of the room, complete with natural wood cabinets, and an eye-catching copper backsplash. Convenient appliances include an electric range/oven, a mini fridge with a freezer, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

Finally, there’s a two-room BATHROOM, which features a step-in shower and a toilet in one room, and a spacious, marble-topped vanity sink in the other room.

Prospector Condos 435 also includes a private, covered balcony area with space to lounge— perfect for sipping your morning mug of hot coffee while you enjoy the surrounding natural beauty and think about your exciting day ahead.

Convenient on bus line to PC
Overall ok, not many supplies ran out of soap and toilet paper and tissues. No filters for coffee. Hot tub was extremely packed all the time with college kids from 3 pm to 10 pm closing. No room to squeeze in at all. Hard to fine dining options in walking distance that were open
