Welcome to our bright & cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo at the top of Settlers Crossing at Sun Peaks Resort. South facing, beautiful views. Enjoy the full kitchen or dine in the Village a short walk away. Unwind & warm up in front of the fireplace or with a luxurious jet massage in the hot tub with mountain view. With ski-in-ski-out access just steps out the door to both Orient and Morrisey chairlifts, as well as cross-country & mountain bike trails and golf course, this East-Village gem is the perfect home base for your next adventure!

2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom "cheater ensuite" with tub, shower, and toilet with bidet seat. Primary bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a twin-over-double bunk (sleeps 3) with convertible dresser/writing desk. Living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 2), cable TV, wifi, and a few board games. Eat at the bar or dining room table. Lots of comfortable seating and storage. Full kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, drip coffee maker, kettle, and Nespresso machine with complementary pods. In-suite laundry and a space to store skis.

Why they chose this property

We dreamed of a condo in Sun Peaks' East Village for years before finally buying this unit in Settlers Crossing. It's bright, cozy, quiet, and just 70 steps from the run (according to our kids!) to the bottom of Morrisey and Orient chairs. Morrisey is a great place to start the day, with great snow and without the crowds at the main village lift base. Orient provides direct ski access to the main village, but you can also get there from Morrisey via Grand Return walking across the covered bridge.

What makes this property unique

Settlers Crossing is a great complex, but what makes our unit special is the ease of access to the runs, being at the ground floor of the west end of the topmost building. Also, the south facing view with lots of light and gorgeous mountain view through the big windows along with a paint scheme and cabinetry that gives a warm and cozy cottage feel.
