Oversized one bedroom, one bath Penthouse Unit featuring a King in Master and Queen pullout sofa. Great views of Snowmasss Ski Area. Vaulted ceilings. Sleeps 4 adults. This unit was remodeled in Fall 2021. All new furniture, paint, and new appliances (except for stove). These are luxury units built in 2009, so much newer than almost all of the condo inventory in Snowmass. And the location to the kids ski school, lifts, shopping, and restaurants is hard to beat!

Just steps from the New Base Village Mall with restaurants, shopping, and right between the new Elk Camp Gondola and Snowmass 6 person Chairlift. Perfect for families because the kids camp (Tree House) is located right next door in Snowmass Base Village. No car needed! But if you do have a vehicle, the other big advantage is being able to drive into the private parking garage right by your elevator that takes you right up to your unit. Very Convenient! Then in the morning, to be able to take the elevator down to the village level and put on your boots and grab your skis from your adjacent ski locker and just walk 70 feet to the Elk Camp Gondola is the best.

The Living room and bedrooms have HD cable TV's that have Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube Apps and 1,000's of free movies through XFINITY.
