Pleasant short stay
The house was comfortable with a cosy living area. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable with doonas. Just something to think about would be a blanket as an option to a doona? The house was in a good location and Paul was very easy to communicate with. Would have loved an iron and ironing board and perhaps some dishwashing liquid but other than that it had everything we needed for a weekend away.

Ideal holiday house
The property was presented in very clean condition. It’s located in a quiet zone but close enough to be able to walk to the town centre. The well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat at home as desired. The secure backyard was a big hit with our dogs. We would be happy to return at any time.

Terrific.
The house was immaculate, a very high standard. Every thing was supplied and walking distance to shops and secure parking in drive. Back yard was also secure and excellent for our dogs. We will highly recommend it. Thank you to our host Paul and family.

We are a family of 5, all boys ranging from 13 to 20. We live between Inverloch closer to the Surf Club and the City (Northside). Christine is in psychology and Paul is in IT Sales.

Why they chose this property

Cashin Cottage was our first house and project over COVID. We thought if we're stuck at home we might as well be useful. The proporty was rented out permanently in '22 to '23.

What makes this property unique

The house has been renovated for our own use so we took care to make it look presentable. The location is awesome and we loved strolling to Dirty Three winery for an afternoon of wine over a cheese platter. These day we ride our bikes, it's not quite the same.
