Sunset Cottage by the Sea

Super comfortable lounges, split system heating and cooling, ceiling fans, and a wide screen TV create an ideal holiday setting for a family night in. A traditional beach house kitchen offers a gas stove and oven, while the main attraction is the rear sunroom living and dining room. With direct access from the kitchen, the rear entertaining area includes dining for 6 guests, heating, a ceiling fan, a large gas BBQ, an outdoor sink, and a wide screen TV.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the larger second bedroom sleeps 4 guests in 2 x single beds, and single bunks. The integrated bathroom and laundry include a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Lock up the car and walk to everything! Bring your bike or runners and take advantage of the off-street coastal track that extends from Dromana to Rye. The beaches are family friendly, and the Rosebud Hotel, cafes, and shops, are all within walking distance. Rosebud has stunning golf courses, and the Peninsula Hot springs are a short drive away.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
