This beautiful Broadbeach 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom +Laundry, is centrally located and only a short stroll front the famous Gold Coast Beach, Broadbeach restaurants, shopping, trams and buses. This newly constructed building has 4 apartments per floor and over 50% owner occupied so it is considered a quiet apartment compared with others in the local area. The amenities within the building are at a superior standard and include a beautiful BBQ and entertaining area, Stunning heated pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium including a Pilates reformer bed. The Master Bedroom has a King Size super comfortable bed and the second bedroom has a choice of 1 King Bed or 2 x King single beds. We have 3 Smart TVs; Bedrooms and living room.
There is secure basement parking for 1 car with direct lift access to the apartment.

It's is important that the building rules are adhered to:
Quiet times are from 10pm to 7am
No parties, dancing or excessive loud noises including music
No glass around the pool (plastic plates and glassware is provided)
2 Keys are provided - Lost keys will incur a $50 replacement cost

Keys will be handed directly to the guest. Where circumstances do not permit, lockbox access details will be provided to the guests.

Broadbeach is a very popular are on the gold coast. It is centrally located on the Gold Coast, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is only a short distance from the fabulous Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
