Welcome to Dolphin Cabin! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal-front private pool home is located in a beautiful, quiet community.

This home offers the perfect location for it all! You are just 2.5 miles away from the gorgeous white sands of Bradenton Beach and just 2.8 miles from magnificent Bridge Street, where you will find restaurants and shopping galore.

Do not miss the chance to visit the gorgeous and world-renowned Anna Maria Island, which is just 5 miles from this home and offers some of the best beaches in the world.

Upon entering the home, you will find a light and bright atmosphere with gorgeous wood finishings throughout. The main living space offers plenty of room to kick back and relax. There are two plush leather couches and an adjoining day chair. The dining table is adjacent and can seat up to six comfortably. The Florida sunroom has additional seating and leads out to your outdoor escape! The large galley kitchen has lovely countertops with lovely wooden cabinetry.

The outdoor space is truly spectacular. There are two outdoor patio tables perfect for lunch! Enjoy soaking up that Florida sunshine in the free-formed pool. There are plenty of chaise lounges to truly unwind. Grab your fishing pole and cast a line to catch the day's fish! There is a boat dock for you to fish off of or rent some kayaks and launch from the dock for an extraordinary adventure.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a desk to set up your remote office, and an attached bathroom. The primary bathroom is spa-inspired, with a large vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a walk-in shower. There is a bonus room that has a couch with a bunk bed.

There is a sleeper sofa, and another room with a set of bunk beds.
