Mountain top paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful house we stayed in, not far from Bryson City. Everything seemed new. Spacious and relaxing. Loved that there were TWO king beds. The only issue was on the last day, we had no water. Best guess was the pipes froze since it was so cold the night before. However you would think that the pipes would be better insulated if one was renting in December. No showers, teeth brushing or pottying(three small boys) made the last day very challenging. When we called the emergency number, no one answered. When we finally got a hold of someone in the office, their response was - well we have no control over the weather.
