The space
There are several areas indoors to spread out for playing games, alone time or just hanging out. Three bedrooms are located upstairs, two with a queen bed and one with a full. There is also a pull-out queen bed on the main floor in a private room.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire home, attached garage, deck, yard and fire pit. The driveway, floating dock (which is used for kayak launch) and part of the boardwalk are shared with the other home located on the property.

Son in Law Birthday

My daughter wanted a nice way to celebrate her husband for his birthday and this trip with nearby fishing did just wanted we wanted. Absolutely beautiful home. The host was amazing to work with. We have already planned to rent this property again.

Well beyond expectations!

I have stayed in dozens of VRBO all ove the country and none compares to this property and its amenities. Brandy was a very attentive host who was genuinely interested in meeting our needs.

Everything you could want

My sister and I were looking for a place we could just relax for Mother's Day weekend and this was the perfect spot. There was a coffee and tea bar complete with different flavored coffees and creamers, snacks, more toiletry options than I have at my own house, smart TVs in many rooms, and a hot tub to relax in. It was very clean, but also welcoming and homey. I definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxed, chill getaway. I will be returning in the future.

Ample spaces to lounge and relax. Great back yard and back deck. The owners are excellent hosts and pay attention to all the details.

My husband Dom and I began with the idea of having a "convertible" space next door for our three boys to use when home from college, visiting, etc. and renting it out when they were away. We quickly fell in love with the experience of providing true hospitality to people in a time when it seems so hard to find, and feel so blessed when we happen to make a new connection of friendship that will last.

Why they chose this property

The thing that distinguishes Linden most from other towns is its people! While we were at first drawn in by the historic charm, quaint features and incredible beauty of the town and this incredible property, we have fallen in love with the friendly, helpful and happy nature of our Linden neighbors. Proximity to wineries, orchards and downtown Fenton also make it ideal!
