Cosy three bedroom holiday home and just a short stroll to the beach. This home accommodates up to 7 guests.

The home features an open-plan kitchen, dining & lounge with TV. Reverse cycle air conditioning heats & cools this home. Washing machine in laundry, central bathroom and separate toilet. Step out onto the outdoor covered decking from the dining area and relax on a warm summers night. Fully enclosed rear yard offers a swing set for the children, and a built in brick gas fueled BBQ to entertain.

Sleeping configurations are as follows;

Bedroom 1 - Double bed
Bedroom 2 - Two Single beds and 1 single trundle bed
Bedroom 3 - Double bed

Bedding (mattress protectors, doonas, pillows) are provided, However, this is a BYO property. Guests will need to bring their own personal linens including sheets, doona covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
