Weekend in Playa

We rented this home for our weekend visit to the ruins in Tulum and shopping and on 5th avenue Playa Del Carmen. The Home was as advertised and check in was very easy. The beach is a short walk away, maybe two blocks. The home is approximately one street and two home rows from the beach. Ocean view from rooftop. Lower pool does not have view of beach. The property is very walkable and there are some minor ruins on property. The downtown is a short walk from the property but 5th avenue is a bit too far to walk. It’s a beautiful neighborhood overall. The management company was very responsive and addressed all concerns quickly. The property is gated with guards 24/7. The property is managed 24/7. The management company will help you navigate Playa and surrounding activities as a concierge so check in with them when you arrive. We dined out the entire trip so we did not use the kitchen but appears to be stocked with clean water and cooking utensils. Coffee maker is drip only so bring your coffee if getting in late.
