Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with the option to use 2nd lounge room as a 4th bedroom.

enjoy peaceful sunsets on the balcony with amazing views over both kellidee / coffin bay and the national park. the home is located 1 row back from the esplanade on a quiet street. 2 x undercover parking spaces and a fully secured backyard. there is a nature reserve next door and behind home which provide great bush walking and both kangaroos and emus are regular visitors to the front garden at night.

It is an easy 2 minute walk to snapper point and only 10 minute to all restaurants and shops.

This spacious home is perfect for large groups with bedding for 12 supplied.
There's a kids retreat downstairs with board games and puzzles, smart tv and free WiFi provided.
