Walking distance to Minimart, Take aways, restaurants, Café, Pharmacy and Medical Centre, Tennis courts, public gym etc. Short drive to surrounding beaches, boat ramps, vineyards, golf, restaurants, regional and sculpture parks and 15 minutes to Warkworth, Matakana, weekend markets, cinema and further to Omaha, Leigh and Goat Island
