House Rules
-Adults must accompany and care for children on the stairs, balcony and outdoors.
-NO smoking or vaping inside.
-Leave home neat and tidy.
-Strictly no parties, events/functions without prior approval.
-Remove all Shoes inside the home. Use socks, slippers/uggs when indoors.
-Please remove all your food from the fridge and ensure the fridge is left clean.
-Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink or the dishwasher.
-If you use BBQ, please scrape and clean after each use.
-Place all used sheets, pillowcases and towels in a neat pile on the floor. Do not remove quilt cover or mattress protectors.
-Ensure all remote controls are left next to the devices (TV/projector).
-No pets allowed as this is not a pet-friendly property.
-Noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm.
-Put all rubbish in the bins.
-Keep external doors shut to minimize risk of flies and mosquitos entering inside.
-Excess charges apply if any damage to the property or house rules are not followed.
