This is a Timeshare which explains the low quality kitchen supplies and lack of I had to wear socks inside because I stepped into the shower and left black footprints few restaurants around not too much though 30 minute walk to the action 15 minute walk to the grocery store water taxi was close Definitely seem like a retirement village most uncomfortable hard bed I've ever slept on furniture is old and gross spent my time on the patio outside with a view of the ocean

Location is perfect for beach access (just a block away). From the hotel, it is easy to walk elsewhere up and down A1A. The pool and hot tub are also clean and inviting.

We loved this property! We especially enjoyed our time at the pool bar with Ron and Beth! We also enjoyed pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to several dining choices and bars

First room they put us in smelled very strongly of cigarettes and had dirt on the floors and walls. Moved us to another and it smelled less of smoke still had dust all over the ceilings. Bedding is awful. Old faded sheet with holes for a “comforter”. Bed skirt is from the 60s (no joke) and had rips and tears. Gross to think that bed skirt just stays there between all guests. The couch had torn cushions and the mattress for the pull out was also broken. You have to go down to exchange towels and then sit in their staff break room to get them. You can’t do this on weekends-again weird. Hot tub got closed with a sign to call the city about it. Unhoused people using their pool showers and pool towels often. This front desk staff were nice- management does not care about the rooms or run down stuff. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Our stay at this resort was wonderful. Front desk was very nice, location is great, lots of new restaurants and shops to eat/shop at. 1000 feet from the beach, room was clean, comfy and very large. one bedroom and 1.5 baths. Full kitchen, pantry, walk in closet etc. It was just the 2 of us so we didn't need it all but was nice to have. Couch/bed were clean/comfy. Pool area is limited, there is an additional level of loungers/mini couch with hot tub, but there did seem to be a lot of space not utilized for loungers. None the less, still fantastic area. Will definitely be staying here again.

It's an older resort but right by the beach. The one bedroom is definitely worth it. If you just need a room and small kitchen no belcony but nice view go with the smallist. Super easy to get extra things from room service. Restaurants are wonderful.

Don’t be fooled by the location

Horrible. Lazy front desk refused to deal with smoking and loud music on floor (for 3 straight days I went to them and fought for them to deal with it). They wanted me to find the offenders!! Smoke coming into our rooms. No maid service (literally) unless you stay over a week. Kept trying to move us to a cheaper room rather than deal with problems (we paid more for an ocean view…not going to move to the backside of the building!!) Cupboards run down. Towel exchange once a week. THE BEDS …worst I’ve ever slept (not slept) on. like sleeping on rock. They just don’t care. Never again!
