It was on the beach which is really convenient, as most excursions were next to us aswell as nearby supermarket, Water parks and many restaurants. When we first arrived we wasn’t sure which one our hotel was so we would advise for a bigger sign of the hotel name ?. We enjoyed our stay but there are some things we would like to change. This hotel is a good hotel but we felt as though we were the only young couple so if you are someone who is young and want a more lively environment, I would suggest to stay somewhere else. The reception staff were really not helpful. When we arrived we wasn’t given any guidance as to what was nearby what time their breakfast lunch dinner was and what our ‘inclusive’ stay entails. We were just given the key to our room and that was it for the duration of our stay. We paid for a standard room but we ended up to be in the only room with a tree view. When we asked to change rooms for a better STANDARD view, we were told we had to pay extra so we just left it. After finding out the times to eat from other residents of the hotel we tried out their food. The food is okay not a whole selection of food but the food is eatable and keeps you going throughout the day. You have an option of sitting in doors or sitting outside with a magnificent view of the beach. We also found out, from another couple, that we are entailed to UNLIMITED soft drinks and beer which was a really nice touch. The pool is small and closes at 6 which was a disappointment.
