We had a wonderful time staying at Monti apartments. The facilities and location were perfectly located to all the main sites around Rome. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the power went out on Saturday night at 10 pm. We had to contact the property management twice in order to get the issue resolved.

Great service

We were very disappointed in the apartment itself as it was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but one room didn’t have a proper wall so it had no privacy and was noisy. We had specifically paid a lot more for this as we were travelling with our son and our mothers . Staff were responsive and offered an upgrade which was very nice. Great communication. Great location. Building itself is old and it was very noisy with noise from other apartments. Washing machine, dryer and kitchen so great to have. Could walk everywhere!

My Rome Hime

If you are travelling as a family and need more than a bedroom, highly recommend Monti Apartments. 15 minute walk from Rome Central Terminal which connects you to all of Italy. Buses etc also available. In the apartment was all you need to cook and do washing if needed, but plenty of cafes and restaurants in a one minute walk. Beds were comfy, Aircon which we needed being the middle of summer, linen was fresh and clean. Security was great, and an old elevator that was a blast from the past. The area is perfect only 10-15 walk to Rome central highlights but quiet without the people traffic as it is just off a main road. A great place to stay!

Spacious and clean apartment in lovely area near small shops and restaurants. A very quiet building with all the essential items. Easy walk to metro and little supermarket.

Not a great first impression, needing to buzz the caretaker to be let in from the street, dragging bags up a flight of steps then into the luggage lift, squeezing through the apartment door (a double door where only one half is openable) and then hearing all the rules (sort the rubbish into separate bins or there is an 80 euro fine, don't use the bins downstairs - they are for the residents, take your rubbish to a bin on the street around the corner, don't use the washing machine after 8pm, don't make noise before 9am, and here is the switchboard in the likely event of a shortout). But, after that, the apartment was fabulous. The entry foyer is spacious with plenty of storage. Off that is a full kitchen, and a balcony with a washing machine and clothes airer. On the other side of the foyer is a living room with a lounge & dining table. Even with the sofa bed folded out, there is plenty of room. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There is also a bathroom. A comfortable, clean, and well thought out apartment.

The hotel has a reception that is nothing like what they show in photos. The room, the floor was very dirty, the Super bad mattresses and the sheets to cover were very dirty. They don't clean you either and if you want extra towels you have to pay extra The only good thing about the place is that it is close to the Places. Main in Rome

A nice apartment close to the major sightseeing spots in central Rome and 15 minutes of walking away from Termini Station. Very good pre-visit communication, reception and service by the staff. Many dining options nearby. Highly recommended.

Overall a decent stay. The room seemed a little older than in pictures. The beds were a little firm, but something you notice when traveling to Europe. The location was perfect as it was central, but just outside of heavy traffic and tourism. Everything was within a reasonable walking distance or easy uber ride. Anything provided in the room is all you get; toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning, etc. so if you use it all in the first day you must get your own. They provided us extra toilet paper as a courtesy, but standard said we had to buy our own. No room service, but we anticipated ahead of time. The rooms were spacious and overall a nice stay for the money.
