Welcome to Club POO

People walking around with buckets of poo, enema bottles and was woken up at 3am most mornings when detox group started. Restricted use of pool due to detox group foot soaking sessions and very loud PowerPoint presentations in resort. So loud it was heard when swimming at beach. Pool with broken tiles all over. Wifi was almost non existent most days. Reception staff extremely rude. Was told by the owner to leave if we didn't like it!

Nice family hotel

Couldnt fault the staff, They were all friendly and polite. The room we had was a little tired, no water pressure and lukewarm water, the beds were firm but that seems to be the norm. My biggest concern was the pool which my kids lived in, many of the edges of the tiles were exposed leading to minor nicks but they have had the same issue at our local pool at home and it didn't seem to faze the kids. The bottom rungs of the ladder were broken and exposed. The location was perfect and the price was reasonable.

On the beach. value for money.

My priority was to stay directly on the beach for a good price. Which is exactly what I got. The staff were helpful and understood English. The breakfasts were good and there was a staff member doing a great job on the egg station. My only negative was that the pool was very small, but we didn't use it anyway so it didn't matter. They have lots of lounges and umbrellas on the beach. It was also an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

Needs lots of work to be acceptable

Our Basic Bungalow needed a new sink tap and had toilet blockages every day for first 4 days. Also no water pressure on shower, plus no shower curtain. Hotel is generally rundown (needs lots of maintenance, replacement of old plastic tables, umbrellas, etc). Also had to ask for kettle, initial response was all in use, but one turned up later in the day. However, reception staff agreed to upgrade us to an apartment in the hotel at no extra charge. Breakfast is poor, bar staff not interested (spend most of their time on their phones), "general helper" was too forward/thought too much of himself, became surly at the end when challenged; however, reception, finance and cleaning staff all very friendly

Seascape resort.

I stayed there on the 1st to the23rd March and found the staff to be peasant enough. The place is kept quiet clean by ground staff and the rooms are clean enough. All in all a nice place to stay but if you like shopping maybe a little to far to walk to the busy part of Chaweng.

Great location on great beach

Nightmare checking in yet again.

Why this hotel allows you to book a bungalow but not let you have this Accommodation without a 20 min discussion - always tell you they have given you a free upgrade into hotel. We booked a bungalow for a reason!! Also no pool bar/ restaurant on site and pool was dirty despite me asking for it to be cleaned. Has gone down a lot since our last visit and will not be going there again

Not what it used to be the last time there.

No restaurant, pool all green, is now center for sick chinise people there for a cure, who in the mornings carrying buckets with poop to get it examined. Right by the pool is show with pictures of sick people and there buckets of poop. Even pictures of dead people cut open right where other guests and there kids are. No eating at the restaurant or on the beach as told on the website. Breakfast in at a restaurant out by the street with heavy traffic. Would have changed hotel if not for already having plaid for it.

Rent o snyggt. Kyl o AC i bra skick, tysta. Bra läge vid stranden med solsängar o parasoll som ingick. Troligen den delen av stranden där vågorna var som högst när det blåste. När vi var var räckte solsängarna till alla gäster. Frukosten intogs på en restaurang vid gatan, inte på hotellet. Den var ok men inte mer. Man hade nån slags hälsogrej på hotellet som inte marknadsfördes eller förklarades för oss vanliga gäster. Stora kärl med diverse drycker och en del hantering ned det.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla. Huone oli siisti. Ravintola/ baari/ grilli, ne oli lopetettu jo 7kk sitten. Näin meille kerrottiin. Aamiainen tarjoiltiin naapuri ravintolassa. Paljon ”terveys” asiakkaita jotka kantelivat ämpäreitä jotka sisälsivät ulosteita, jotka vietii analysoitavaksi, hotelliin tulotiellä olevaan tilaan johon ohikulkijat näkivät. Ämpäreitä säilytettiin rappukäytävän alapäässä. Ja siinä lämpimässä säässä hajut olivat kamalia. Emme viettäneet aikaa hotellin alueella edellä mainituista syistä.

Fint strand hotel

Hotellet er lidt slidt og de har detox behandlinger på hotellet så hver morgen står der gæster med deres spand klar til at blivet vejet og der er måske noget vi godt ville ha vist da det ikke er så lækkert at gå forbi på vej til morgenmad men ellers ligger hotellet i en hyggelig del af byen

Not good

Hotel was okey types and good location...but not nice stay for western people. Beacuse Malaysian's have their fasting period in there and seeng them with buckets every morning is not a nice thing when on holiday. And that smell..... Breakfast is also very poor. So all in all not happy at all. They should inform atleast their guests about having fasting people in.
