Do not go to this hotel

I rent it for two nights. It was very very cold outside and the room was not warm. I asked the hotel to turn on the heating, the told me that they would fix it during the afternoon, but in the night it was super cold inside the room. So, I asked for another blanket (the one in the bed is for one person) and they told me that they didn't have extra ones. And the staff is not friendly. Super arrogantly with us. If you are planning to good to this hotel, think twice. It was a very bad experience

Kaldığımız oda resimde gösterilenden biraz daha farklıydı. Kaldığımız 6 gece boyunca çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda da kalorifer çalışmamaktaydı. Klima ile ısınma sağlanmaktaydı ve havanın eksilere düştüğü bir kaç gün ısınmakta güçlük geçtik.Konum olarak gayet güzel bir yerde bulunan otelden heryere kolaylıkla ulaşılabilir. Otelin alt katında bir pub mevcut ve müzik sesi gelmesine rağmen bir sıkıntı yaşamadık (3.kat). Kahvaltı fiyat-fayda oranı düşünüldüğünde iyiydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler

Muhteşem konaklama

Otelin konumu muhteşem. Toplu taşıma araçlarına ulaşmak çok kolay. Özel aracınız İçin otopark sorunu var ama otel görevlileri bu sorunu mutlaka çözüp aracınızı uygun bir yere park ediyor. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Otel konsept olarak şahsen benim çok hoşuma gitti. Anıtkabir’e ve Ankara’da gezilecek birçok yere oldukça yakın. Özellikle evcil dostu olması benim için öncelikli tercih. Çalışan görevliler muhteşem ilgili. Fiyat olarak da uygun. Tüm gezginlere tavsiye ederim.

Çalışanlar oldukça iyi, kahvaltısı idare eder. Lokasyon çok iyi, her yere yakın. İnternet kalitesi iyi. Fiyat performans oranı olarak güzel, düşünülebilir. Ancak otel biraz yıpranmış, eskiyen yerleri çok göze batıyor. Temizlik çok başarılı değil. Alt kattaki barda canlı müzik varsa uyumak zor. Üst katlardan yer talep edin.

Berbat tek kelimeyle. Delik ve pis kokan çarşaflar, temizliği kirleri belli olmayan soyulmuş kokuşmuş epoksi zemin, tüm detaylarından pislik fışkıran duşakabin... Merdivenaltı tabirinin vücut bulduğu yer diye tanımlayabilirim. Tam bir getto. Beraberimde ailemi de getirmiştim çok utandım tercihimden dolayı. Ameliyatımın hemen öncesinde bir çeyrek simit ve bir karper almak üzere 7:25’te kahvaltı salonuna girdiğimizde; sabah kahvaltısının 7:00’de başladığını (1 gece önce söylemişti) söyleyen personel, asık bir surat ve aşağılayıcı bir tavırla : “Kahvaltı 7:30’da başlıyor yalnız” dedi gözlerini devirerek. Anneme gidelim o zaman dediğimde sizi bulgar sandım gibi tuhaf bir açıklama yaptı? Onun dışında; şehir otelinde sessizlik beklentisinde olmak yanlış olur fakat altında bulunan bar canlı müzik yapıyor haftaiçi bile. 1. Kattaki yataklarda uyumanız müm-kün de-ğil. Uykum ağır olmasına rağmen kulaklıkla 1.5 saatlik uğraş sonunda uyumayı başarabildim. Hassasiyeti olanlar için belirtmek isterim. F/F oranı çok zayıf.

Not good.

First of all,they charged from my credit card before I arrive there. When I make my reservatiom via hotels.com , ı clicked the option that ı would like to pay at hotel because I have an company credit card that i can not use online. I also called them after reservation to double check and confirm, they comfirmed on phone but when i arrive there, the staff informed that they charged already incase that i would not show off. I do not know if this is a problem of this hotel or Hotels.com. Secondly the room was not so clean, towels was very very old. Shower was not working properly. Also there were so many noises during night that can disturb you.
