This is an adequate hotel - especially for the price point. Minimal amenities , paper thin walls and lukewarm jacuzzi but it was cheap and safe and while we didn’t have our kids with us- seemed kid friendly

This was our first time staying at Alta. It's conveniently located near the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Downtown CO Springs. The room was nice and clean however it is outdated, and both indoor/outdoor pools are large and in good condition. The hot tubs were lukewarm at best and they ran out of pool towels before 7pm. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I believe the young lady at the front desk was Hoyuko. I apologize if the spelling is incorrect. She was very friendly and allowed me to inspect the room before we checked in. Anything we needed, she and her staff were on the spot to take care of. The place was clean and well kept and provided us a comfortable room as our base for our travels in the area. I would stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. Very quiet. Clean. The staff were nice. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned after the check in time of 3:00. Our room heating/cooling wasn't working properly.
