convenient functionial accom close to station. looks like they had read feedback and had someone on the door to assist after hours key collection. don't expect luxury but for a simple good value suite to sleep 5 it does the job well

Good place for a stop over or economical travel

Ideal place for a stop over when travelling as close to bot railway stations and the city centre. Right next to the shopping centre for the self catering options.

Good stay, wish they would properly check and clean up the available dishes. Shouldn’t be too hard to run them through the dishwasher downstairs than to trust people to do a proper job cleaning up

Simple, utilitarian, centrally located, economically priced. Front desk spoke good english and understood my bad French. Didn't like the fact that I had to remove my garbage by taking it down ten floors to the bins under threat of a 57 euro fee if I didn't.

Extended stay in Lille

Great location for both train stations, old town and and giant shopping mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing to remember is to empty bin into chutes by reception, english translation doesn't explain this very well

The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. Well laid out as well. And everything worked. Reception were very kind, patient, helpful, smile all the time and humble. Thanks for a lovely time in Lille

Good aparthotel I recommend & will stay again.

Excellent staff, really nice and helpful. My room was very comfortable, great bed, lovely linens and towels and brilliant pillows! I had a great sleep. Good shower room with toilet and sink, very nice shower gel, soap and small body lotion, nice quality. Great kitchen area really well stocked with pans, dishes and cutlery..one of the best kitchens I have used. There are some good changes since the last time I was here, I can recommend Sejours & Affaires and will definitely stay here again.

We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside.

Excellent location, comfortable room, helpful staff. Some signs wear & tear, but within what I would consider reasonable/expected of a low-cost room. Only negatives were the kettle was overdue a descaling and for an aparthotel I would have expected some recycling options for waste.

Highly recommended city stay.

This is a fantastic apart hotel and I recommend it. The 12th floor has great views of the city. The staff are excellent and check in etc was very easy. Rooms have a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge and pans/crockery etc. all in good condition. Hotels.com say check out is 12:00.... Actually it's 11:00. Very central and very easy for station, shops etc. highly recommended.

We were overcharged here due to current Olympic events on. The reception information was poor and when we enquired about their offered parking she did not help with this. The room was cramped and hot. The apparent air con units did not work. It is central and close to all travel options which is what we needed. I would not recommend a stay here.

Great location

The hotel is in perfect location, it is between Flanders and Europe stations, a part of Westfield where there is large amount of shops. Around 5 min walk to old town. The room is spacious and it was clean. The shower is quite small, no hair dryer, iron available on request. Reception does not work after 10pm and noone was there between 12.00-13.00h. Hotel provides fully functioning kitchen as well as luggage storage services. TV only in french but there is free, fast wifi. Strange thing that I never experienced is that you need to throw your rubbish otherwise you will get fined quite hefty.

Avoid!! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The studio we booked was on the 8th floor, extremely hot with only one small window that opened. The studio was filthy, thick dust covering areas, toenails on the floor, in need of a much needed makeover. We have come away from our stay completely bitten, bed bugs who knows?! It was a last minute decision to stay here and I wish we'd never booked it. Just awful!!

There was a broken toilet seat. I understand that it may not have been practicable to repair it but the receptionist should have informed us and perhaps offered something, a free breakfast or two perhaps. The sofa bed is poorly equipped. There is no top sheet and there was only a thin blanket and no duvet. On arrival, outside temperature was about 5 degrees but there was no heating on in the apartment. The location and price were excellent but there should be attention to detail.
