Great property in location away from noise but walkable. Around 500 metres from Town centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. One of the manager, Henry extremely helpful and customer service oriented. Helped with tour packages and got me good rates.Will recommend this property to everyone.

Great hotel- Great staff

The best hotel I have stayed in for the price I paid . Spent 14 days in a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff went so many extra miles to ensure I enjoyed my holiday. The breakfast was amazing with a greeting such as " have a great day then my name' with my omelette or whatever I ordered daily. How is that for personalized. Eating and drinking at the hotel was affordable and the food was comparable to anything at the local restaurants. The service starts with a welcome email on booking. They organised my transport to and from the airport and my tours at great rates with no issues . Location is between the old town and the beach . Easy walk to the old town and small cab fare to the beach. They upgraded me during my stay as I requested a pool view if possible which was an added bonus. The pool is great and kept clean as the everything else at the hotel. Great water pressure and hot water, air conditioning worked well and even a few drinks in the bar fridge at reasonable prices. Can't fault the place or service for the amount I paid. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope to return for another visit . I want to see how that baby grows after it joins the world Sally. Thanks for making my stay memorable and wonderful.

Great hotel and staff

Nice clean hotel, good pool. Nice breakfast, staff are fantastic, about 20 min walk to old town. Hire motorcycle for $6 a day. 10min to beach. Keep coming back.

Good location. Great hotel. Excellent staff.

We spent 14 nights at the Jade hotel Hoi An.The Jade Hotel is not a modern hotel and it does not pretend to be but it is very clean and comfortable that can be attributed to the hard work of the housekeeping staff. Our room was cleaned without fuss when we were ready. All the staff are very professional, helpful but most of all friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are cooked to order off a menu with some Vietnamese and some Western meals that were of a good quality with a buffet of fruits, breads, toasts and jams, juices and Vietnamese coffee and tea plus western style tea. I can thoroughly recommend the the Vietnamese tea. Sally liaised with us by email before our visit soughting out any requests and answering any questions we had before our arrival and arranging our pick up and delivery to and from Danang airport. Sally was even more impressive when we met her, organising tours and giving us useful information. Jessie, Kim and Henry were also excellent as were the wait staff and the chefs deserve a special mention for their consistent quality and efficient service. We are looking forward to returning to the Jade Hotel in the near future as it was so warm and welcoming.

Lovely hotel outside the tourist crush

This hotel is outside the main tourist area, but is only a 10-15 min walk from the centre. We were glad we chose it - fantastic staff and facilities, and a great range of restaurants and facilities nearby, much cheaper and better than those in the centre of Hoi An. Best breakfast we had in Vietnam. Staff were fantastic, including facilitating a very early (7am) check-in. I gather it is part of a chain, but you'd never know - we had really personalised service

Very good hotel midway between beach and old town.

Wonderful helpful staff who could direct to local restarants. Banks and minimart are within walking distance as are beauty parlours for massages etc.

While it may not be the most modern or have all the bells and whistles, I would not stay anywhere else on my next visit to Hoi An. On arrival, the sales executive realised at our age we might not cope with the standard firm mattresses so we received a complimentary upgrade. Then during our first afternoon (of a planned 3 night stay) poolside, my husband had a fall and from then on, no request was too big. Sally accompanied us to the hospital and acted as interpreter, the staff emailed and scanned as needed, fielded phone calls, focussed on and addressed out dietary and mental/physical needs (when my brain was elsewhere). We doubled our stay and they managed the juggle of rooms with ease and never once did we feel an inconvenience. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcome. That to me makes them 10 times better than the fancier and higher priced offerings. Thankyou Sally, Ris, Minh and staff - we WILL be back.

Welcoming and friendly

It was good to be welcomed by such friendly reception staff. Once settled in with some friut and drink we hit the swimming pool. The restaurant is good, offering a limited range of Vietnamese and western meals. All the staff were very helpful with a fun way about them. They made us feel at home.

The staff make the experience!!!

Upon arrival, Danielle and I were greeted by Ming. What a wonderful man! We had been in transit for over 24 hours and it was so lovely to be greeted by such a warm, educated and very funny man! He gave us tips and settled us in well (with a beautiful fruit platter and juice). Throughout the stay we were greeted by such wonderful staff. A big shout out to Thao Ngan. She is an absolute treasure to the hotel! She chatted to us, gave us handy hints, and took the time to know us on a more personal level. She is honestly an asset to the hotel. She smiled the whole time!!! She made sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. My birthday was celebrated whilst on holiday and she arranged for the staff to place beautiful flowers on my bed that said "Happy Birthday". Such a beautiful gesture. I really loved it! Sally Hoang was a star! I had been speaking to her via emails prior to my arrival and it was such a delight to meet her in person. She also got to know Danielle and I on a personal level and she ensured our stay was enjoyed from the start to finish. She organised our pick up and ensured the stay ran smoothly. Each day we were greeted by the staff upon breakfast and they were all such a delight. We thank you so much! Please pass on my gratitude (also to the lady who checked us out, she was fantastic during our stay!!). We hired bikes from the hotel and although a little wonky, they did the job well!

Great staff and lovely pool

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly. The pool was beautiful. If you don't wish to stay right in town this is a great spot to stay in. About 20 minute walk to town and half an hour walk to the beach.

노후된사설이지만 정말 깨끗하게 관리되고 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 무척 친절하고 올드타운이랑 떨어져 있어서 오히려 조용하고 좋았어요 안방비치도가깝고 저희 가족에겐 최고였습니다 다시 방문하고싶어요~~~

We stayed for 5 wonderful nights here. 20mins slow stroll to Hoi An ancient town. However quiet a distance away to the An Bang beach.Staff are excellent especially Mr Minh and Henry as they are always smiling and helpful treating you like friends.Breakfast was good especially the omelettes. A good recommendation if you are coming to Hoi An.

가성비 갑. 다음날 새벽비행기라 잠만 자려고 저렴한 곳 예약했어요. 그런데 체크인하면서 본 풀장과 정원 에 첫번째로 반함. 웰컴티와 과일 주셔서 좋았어요. 직원들 친절함에 두번째로 놀람. 특히 남자분, 잘생긴데다 친절하시기까지!! - 저희 때문에 다음날 아침 새벽에 일어나셨어요. 죄송해요. - 새벽비행기라 조식 못먹는다니까 도시락(샌드위치와 과일) 챙겨주셨어요. 방이 좀 오래됐고 문이 잘 안닫히지만 수영장과 아름다운 정원, 직원들 친절함으로 만족했어요. 아. 그리고 한국인이 많이 가는 호로콴이라는 맛집이 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요. 저녁에 출출하시면 가보세요.

베트남에서 방문했던 숙소중에 가장 좋았습니다. 구글이며 호텔어플에서 후기가 무척 좋고 많아 후기가 왜 이렇게 좋지, 하며 방문했는데 좋을만 했습니다. 짧게 머물렀던 것이 아쉬울 정도로! 방문 전 확인 및 방문 시간에 대해 묻는 메일이 오고 방문후 현지로 돌아와 숙소 피드백을 요청하는 메일이 오는 정도로 호텔내 서비스에 신경을 무척 많이 쓰는 것 같았습니다. 그만큼 직원들은 모두 친절했습니다. 팁 생각 없던 저희가 팁을 줘야해! 하고 말 할 정도로.. 갔던 호텔 중 가장 가격이 저렴했으나 가장 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다. 호이안에 가신다면 꼭 추천 드립니다. 주변 지인들에게도 추천할 예정.. 객실은 깨끗했고 포근했습니다. 색감있는 바닥 타일이나 벽지덕에 모던한 객실보단 좀 더 포근한, 가정집 같은 느낌이 나 더욱 편히 쉴 수 있었고 발코니가 있어 잠깐 휴식을 취하며 발코니에서 음료&맥주를 마시는 것도 추천합니다. 아주아주 좋습니다. 또 숙소에서 저렴한 가격에 맛볼 수 있는 피자는 다음날 또 먹자 할 정도로 저렴한데 맛 좋았고, 조식도 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 수영장이 정말정말 좋았는데 주변에 나무와 조명이 예쁘게 자리하고 있어 수영하면서 혹은 휴식하면서 절로 기분이 좋아지게 만드는 수영장이었습니다. 친구와 수영장에서 휴식하며 이 가격 너무 저렴한 것 아니냐며 여기 너무 좋다며 계속 말이 오갔습니다. 호이안에 방문한다면 꼭.. 꼭 한번 들려보면 좋을 것 같습니다. 고급스런 호텔은 아니지만 만족스런 여행을 도와줄 호텔입니다. 재방문 의사 120퍼센트..!
