Family friendly

First impression is that it is run down but the rooms are clean, well presented and comfortable. The pool was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

RĂ©sidence open at 16pm, arrived at our room air conditioning doesn’t work, reception told us they rent without air conditioning 😂😂😂. Fortunately we checked out before the hot week arrived. Sink broken, water everywhere. Main door locked had broken . The quiet dirty lots of tĂąches. Bad experience!

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© avec mĂ©nage inclus, Ă  l’arrivĂ©e on me dit que non qu’il faut que j’aille voir la responsable. La responsable, peu aimable, m’indique qu’il faudra laver la cuisine avant de partir. ArrivĂ© dans l’appartement nous ouvrons le frigo qui dĂ©gage une odeur nausĂ©abonde, nous allons voir la responsable qui nous dit faire intervenir quelqu’un le lendemain mais personne n’est jamais venu. Dans la chambre la lumiĂšre reste en permanence allumĂ© style veilleuse. Vaisselle sale, Ă©vier sale
 bref 1ere et derniĂšre fois chez vacanceole. Le site est Ă  l’abandon, les jeux pour enfants fermĂ© depuis dĂ©cembre de ce que nous a dit la responsable. Le pĂ©dicure de la piscine franchement degueulasse et des vis autour de la piscine qui dĂ©passent. Le soir aprĂšs 22h cela reste trĂšs bruyant car ça rĂ©sonne Ă©normĂ©ment.

Deux nuits pas plus

A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris par la beautĂ© du cadre extĂ©rieur, passĂ© la porte d'entrĂ©e plus rien Ă  voir. Une haie de chariot avec des sacs orange Élis, sur votre gauche un bar qui sert de dĂ©barras et devant vous derriĂšre l'accueil un sommier. Vous pourrez admirer tout cela depuis la salle du petit dĂ©jeuner. Passer la porte de notre studio le festival continue. Les premiĂšres impressions ne sont pas bonnes, on remarque que ça tombe en ruine (odeur, vasque se salle de bains casser, rideaux Ă  moitiĂ© accrocher,..) En dĂ©pliant le canapĂ© lit, surprise nous retrouvons les draps, oreillers et chaussettes sales des anciens locataires!!! Pas de tĂ©lĂ©commande pour la tĂ©lĂ©, rĂ©ponse de l'accueil : le technicien est partit, vous en aurez une demain, en attendant il y a un bouton derriĂšre. (On attend toujours la tĂ©lĂ©commande) Petit dĂ©jeuner pour 30€ pour deux adultes et deux enfants, bof... Pour 20€ il y a une boulangerie Ă  cĂŽtĂ© on a beaucoup mieux dĂ©jeuner, du bon pains, un vrai jus d'orange. Par chance nous sommes restĂ©s que 2 nuits et heureusement vu le prix!

Établissement qui a du potentiel mais qui n’est pas entretenu et remis au goĂ»t du jour comme il devrait l’ĂȘtre. L’emplacement est bien et a du potentiel qui n’est pas exploitĂ©. Des joins de baignoire pleins de moisissures, une terrasse sale et un Ă©tendoir plus que rouillĂ©. Gestion de l’établissement Ă  revoir.

Catastrophique. A fuire cette résidence.

DĂ©jĂ  Ă  l’arrivĂ©e le soir il y avait personne Ă  l’accueil. Bon c’est pas tellement gĂȘnant vu qu’il y avais les clef dans un coffrer fort. J’ai ouvert avec un code envoyĂ© par mail. Avec les clefs il y avait un plan. TrĂšs dure Ă  lire le plan et Ă  trouver les chambres. On a fait pas mal d’aller et retour pour trouver la piĂšce. Heureusement que je me suis fait aidĂ© d’un habituĂ©. En rentrant dans la piĂšce une hodeur a vomire de la saletĂ© partout un canapĂ© lit moisie. Horrible. Sans oublier des poiles de chien ou chat. Et le comble dans tout ça c’est que les draps et les housses mise a disposition Ă©tait pas assez pour tout le monde et en plus petit par rapport Ă  la taille du lit et du canapĂ©s convertible. Vraiment une catastrophe. On a passer une nuit horrible. J’ai appelĂ© le service client pour le dĂ©dommagement. À fuire d’urgence.

le studio confort que nous avions réservé n'était pas à la hauteur de la publicité qui est faite de cet établissement. LumiÚres qi ne fonctionnent pas dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. Electroménager (plaques électiques) trÚs vieilles et disfonctionnent. Et le balcon TRES sale ainsi que la table et les chaises dont une cassée.
