Arcadia - Lobby under rennovation, good value!

Currently the lobby is being rennovated. Additonally the entrance needs to be more clear. My taxi driver wnet around the block twice until we found the entrance. The room was nice and good value.

Decent Area but Dirty Hotel

Pillow and bedsheets were dirty, was offered a room with no hot water at first (they did change this), and checking out too long as they "needed to make sure nothing was missing" in their words. Room smelled terrible as if there was no ventilation. AC doesn't help as the lowest setting was too cold.

Cancelled my booking without notifying

I didn't get to stay at the hotel the night I booked. When arrived at 4:30 am I found out that they cancelled my booking without notifying me and they also offered the room to another and hotel was completely booked so I had to go look for another place at this time. Completely disappointed
