Specifically booked this hotel over another because this one offered laundry but only after I put in my clothes with soap and the machine took my money was then told it wasn’t working. Other then that it was an okay hotel for the price if your looking for cheap but not trashy this is a good hotel

Weekend getaway

Family weekend trip to Dollywood. Hotel was just a 12 min. drive to Dollywood. Room was clean; mattress was comfortable (pillows were small and rather flat). Room did not have a built-in heating system, but roll-away plug-in heater provided which was sufficient. Coffee in room provided. Breakfast not provided due to Covid-19. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay.

Wet Room

Had a water leak coming up through the floor in Room 110. Told manager on duty and he wasn't interested in seeing until I had to bring him to the room to show. Wouldn't discount the room because it wasn't booked directly through SureStay and wasn't even offered another room. Did get a discounted rate for an additional day.

The gal at check in was friendly, just sadly the place is very run down. The floor was dirty and sticky, high mildew smell to the room especially the bathroom. AC and bathroom fans were very noisy so sleep was disrupted. I’m surprised Best Western put their name on this. There are lots of places in that town to stay so keep looking.

the floor of our room appeared as though it had not been mopped in quite a while, hence the floor was dirty. we found a "substance" stuck to the surface of the sink that we scraped, it also appeared as though it had been there for some time.,, would suggest a serious cleaning of the room.

Older motel remodeled. Check in easy, friendly staff. Room appeared to be clean, floors do Not have carpets which is a big plus. Beds seemed old and had a dip but comfortable otherwise. Floors do not have carpet which is a big plus. Room appeared clean until I went to the bathroom. Toilet was clean but not the tub they had nobody to clean it so asked for towel with cleaner to do it myself. When I took a shower I,found the shower curtain corner full of mildew, wonder when it was washed last, asked for a clean one and my son changed it. Overall not bad but expensive for what I got. Front deskk nice, they gave me what I needed as far as towels as I did not get room service due to us having a dog. Located in front of Titanic Museum, Hatfield,and Mc Coys, dining withing walking distance. Fyi-some people are living there temporarily but very nice country folks.
