Apartment was clean and large and the views were fantastic! The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room very bright and the street noise was annoying. Otherwise the convenience of walking everywhere was a bonus

Amazing views. Quality apartment. The location could get a bit noisy/busy in high season as it’s right in the middle of Surfers Paradise. We were there during the working week and it wasn’t an issue. Depending on age/preferences that can be a positive or negative.

We would still return, but…

Amazing location and views. We always stay in this building for family holidays. The only downside (this time) was that there were certain aspects that were well substandard. For example - we found a cockroach each day of our stay, the bath wasn’t useable etc. We have never had similar issues in this complex though. So our most recent experience was a surprise.

Nightmare stay

If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time

Apartment is nice and spacious and the view is amazing. Beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. However there was an issue with the aircon and no instruction manual to adjust the temp. So it was either freezing or really warm. There were also 9 lights that were blown or not working. Otherwise the facilities were great. Location is fabulous and within walking distance to dining, transport and attractions. Parking was safe and large enough to fit a 4wd in comfortably.

Fantastic location.

Great location, excellent view and beautiful apartment. We could see the whales from the balcony. The noise at night wasn’t too good and the doors to the balcony did not shut properly. Continue reminders about cleaning on checkout where annoying, especially when only one dishwasher tablet was provided for a weeks stay.

Everything was wonderful..ocean views..walkable distance to beach and shops.. the only thing that spoiled it was returning the keys the safes battery was flat and had to wait around for 30 minutes for someone to come to collect them .
