Bed was smaller than a double, difficult to sleep. Room was very tight for space, but a large terrace for drying laundry. Shower head bracket was broken. Noisy bathroom door, hinges need oiling. Staff on reception were very nice.

Our room was massive and a great price! The guy on the desk was lovely and incredibly helpful. We walked from the port which took us about 20 minutes. Great location!

The apartment was charming with plenty of room. Well furnished with a table and chairs and occasional furniture making it homey and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We were welcomed by a lovely lady who made check in easy and made us feel welcome.

Great location, easy access and good communication. Apartment was very small, smallest double bed we have ever slept in (basically a big single pushed against the wall). Fine for a night or two.

Perfect Apartment near to centre..

Good: Clean modern apartment that was perfect in every way.. from the quality of the toilet paper to the soap and shampoo they supplied. They also gave free coffee capsules, tea, water and a welcome raki drink in the room. The property is a short walk from the town centre, buses to Knossos and harbour area. Bad: Can’t fault the property.. keep up the good work!

Clean apartments in great location

Clean and modern rooms in central location. Our apartment was spacious and well furnished. We were only there for 1 night as we had an early flight but this was a great option for 2 adults and 1 kid. Would have comfortably fit 4.

Pas top .. Trop bruyant !

La clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement, elle fuyait, nous avons trouvé une flaque d'eau dans la chambre donc nous avons du l'éteindre et il faisait très chaud ! L'autre point que nous n'avons pas apprécié est le bruit ! Nous entendions énormément le bruit de la rue.Très difficile de s'endormir..voir impossible. Sinon, le personnel est sympathique.

Très bien!

Une nuit passé dans cet hôtel qui est vraiment incroyable. Très propre, très bien equipé et très bien positionné. Le personnel est très sympathique et très dévoué pour ses clients. On nous a imprimé nos billets de bateau, réservé un taxi et donné plein d'informations utiles.

The property and service were great. Location is very convenient for walking, however it's extremely tight for vehicles and almost impossible to find street parking. That's not the property's fault as it's stated there is no parking, but something for future guests to keep in mind and plan transportation accordingly.

Très bon accueil. Appart hôtel spacieux (2 pièces, 35m2), sur l’angle, avec un balcon tout autour, on peut voir la mer. Lumineux et tres propre, avec une cuisine et une table à manger. A 2 pas du port Vénitien ,de la forteresse Héraklion, et du centre ville. Tres pratique, à seulement 15 min du port d’Heraklion, si vous devez prendre le ferry pour Santorin. Idéal pour la visite Heraklion.
