Unforgettable stay at Sultan Beldibi

I would like to highly recommend Sultan Beldibi. We planned 5 nights there and we end up staying 8! This excellent hotel to spend family holidays is definitively in our plans whenever we have the chance to have a free week again. Was fun for adults and children ( a big thanks to the Mini Club and its staff!) I have only thank you words for the staff - always available to please and accommodate any guest's request. They event went to a pharmacy in the area to get a medicine for one of my children. The food was fresh (love Blue Fish restaurant, tasty and served in great abundance. Congrats to the Chef! Seeing the see from our balcony, enjoying the outdoor bar, the hamam, the nights shows, the 3 swimming pools made our stay simply superb. But what we enjoyed the most was the warmth, kindness and professionalism of a great team of entertainers, and a group of guests that became very close to a family.

Bir grup Fransız turiste hizmet verip ancak kendisini eğlendirdi.Onun yaptığı animasyon değildi.Bunu Animasyon şefi cafer ile ve ön büro müdürü ile (14 Nisan 2019 saat 11.00) paylaştım.Yapılan bir etkinlik anons edilmiyor sadece tanıdıkları Fransızlardan oluşan bir grup ile dart oynadılar,futbol oynadılar,diğer oturanlara hiç bir şey yapmadı bu kişi...

Great friendly hotel, everything you need

What a fantastic hotel, I went here 2 years ago and this hotel continues to offer fantastic service, entertainment, facilities and great staff. It has the added bonus of being on the beech. Great hotel for kids and adults alike. With plenty of sun beds and variety of food.

Barnvänligt men nedslitet strandnära hotell

Vi fick ett mycket vänligt bemötande av receptionspersonalen då vi anlände. Rummet var dock en stor besvikelse då et var mycket nedslitet och betydligt mindre än vad vi hade uppfattat vid bokningen. Restaurangen erbjöd många alternativ baserat på olika tema varje kväll. Stranden var mycket stenig och havsbotten täckt av stenar som det var mycket svårt att gå på. Restaurangpersonalen försvann en längre stund under varje frukost viket ledde till smärre kaos då borden inte dukades av för nya gäster (det fick gästerna göra själva). Personalen pratade flytande franska och ryska men några behärskade inte engelska speciellt väl. Det erbjöds en stor och varierande mängd uppskattade aktiviteter för barn i alla åldrar. Utcheckningen gick snabbt och enkelt.

Świetna obsługa za niewielką cenę

Pobyt b.udany: świetna i przyjazna obsługa, stosunkowo niewielkie koszty, ładne baseny i bliska plaża. Pewne mankamenty to spory hałas wieczorem (głośna muzyka do 23.30).
