Sadly this property has gone down hill from back in the day when we have stayed here in the past. Rooms have fallen into disrepair, wallpaper peeling, carpets stained and torn, furnishings substandard. Quite sad to see the place like this as it was always quite well run.

Had all the things other hotels provide and was clean. Furniture was old and worn, could do with replacing. Wall paper needed to be redone as well. Neighbourhood it is in was not good.

Property is ok with the price paid. However, staff who worked on Saturday morning was unpleasant. There were 2 staff at desk, 4 people waiting to be served, but the staffs totally ignored us . We waited for more than 10min before one of them looked up. ( we were talking about the waiting time while standing on the queue...)

Check In was easy and friendly. The hotel its self is very old and outdated. The room I had was musty smelling, wallpaper peeled, and the toilet looks like one from a truck stop. It’s kinda what you get for what you pay. Only good thing is it was right down the street from the venue I went to see

This property was not at all what the photo looked like. It is a very average 1 to 2 star motel . The room was very basic. Only an overhead light with no bedside light. The bathroom light without the fan wasn’t working. There was only one thin blanket on the bed. The tv had a poor quality picture. I asked for an extra blanket which the receptionist brought me. It was a shabby blanket with a blood spot on it. The receptionist was the only positive part of the experience. She was very kind. However in the morning the different receptionist hand posted a note on the door- will be back in 20 minutes. This was at 7:30 am. Another guest was waiting, so did I. He finally arrived 15 minutes later. It made me later than I wanted to be. At night there also was some screaming and loud talking outside. There also was a constant humming sound in the room all night long. No way I would recommend this motel and the photo s on the Expedia page are color enhanced and make the property look much cheerier than it was.
