Hank at the front desk was very helpful at check in and assisted with a special accommodation. The rooms are basic. The indoor pool is a bonus as well as a small breakfast offering. All items in the room worked well and the stay was decent for a weekend. For a value hotel, this experience has been worth it and I am glad I chose this location over others in Chattanooga.

Great service

I stopped here to rest for a short time before continuing my trip. The front clerk was very courteous and willing to find a way for me to check in early since i wasnt staying all night. They found a room for us that was very accomadating and i was able to get needed rest.

This property was bug infested, I thought maybe it would be isolated to a room so asked for a different one and that one was worse not only bug infested but blood splatter on the walls dry boogers etc. The property had drug users and people in the sales of adult action staying there and very open about it.

Stay away

Bug bug bug!! Stay away!! I prefer cheap hotel for a night stay while traveling but this one was by far the most pathetic I lived in. Smelly, leaking roof in toilet, bugs on bed, broken faucet.
