ロケーションが抜群の清潔なホテル

ホテルはマッジョーレ広場から徒歩１分程の場所にあり、観光名所は全てホテルから近いので気軽に上着を取りに戻ったりできて便利でした。周辺に飲食店も多いのです。ボローニャ駅から歩けますが、バスを利用したらバス停で降りたすぐの場所がホテルだったので駅からも近く感じました。部屋は古さを感じたものの、清潔に保たれていました。冷蔵庫もありました。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。共有スペースに水槽があり、クラゲなどがいたのでほっこりしました。またボローニャにいく際はこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

Ottima posizione staff cordiale e disponibile! UN CONSIGLIO PER CHI VA IN AUTO! Chiamate perché hanno un parcheggio convenzionato a 9 euro al giorno a 50 metri dalla struttura e possibilità sempre tramite loro di entrare in ZTL!

Excellent place to stay and great location

This was by far our biggest (pleasant) surprise of our trip. At first we missed the hotel due to the scaffolding surrounding the building, but once inside, it was more than what we expected. Very helpful and friendly service. Big room and very clean. Excellent location (300 meters from Piazza Maggiore). Very complete breakfast.

Disappointed

it was terrible. The room was dated the bed was extremely uncomfortable and as hard as a rock. The floor wasn’t that clean. The bathroom wasn’t in the room it was across the hall. And hotels.com completely misrepresented this hotel. The whole building was under construction they were scaffolding all around the building it was very dusty. There were hidden charges that I was not told about. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. However breakfast was amazing it was a great breakfast at the people who ran the breakfast were very nice and accommodating. Add the location was actually excellent. But I will never stay that whole tell again. It’s a shame because it could be so much nicer than what it was. I am very disappointed in hotels.com as well because I called hotels.com to complain about the situation with the room at hotels.com did absolutely nothing which I will probably not use them again. After many years of using hotels.com I have never been so disappointed.
