Hotel muy recomendable , céntrico con habitaciones cómodas, nos tocó que el hotel se encuentra en remodelación pero a pesar de eso el personal del hotel nos hizo pasar una buena estancia.

the hotel was closed and under construction.

i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation.

Hotel que estaba en remodelación y no se nos aviso de esto, fue incómodo por el ruido de los albañiles y demás.. lástima porque el personal siempre fue amable pero por órdenes superiores no tuvieron condescendencia de la gente que nos hospedamos ahí. Difícil poder descansar así y tener un buen sabor de boca. Repito el personal se porto muy bien!

Aunque el hotel está en remodelación y deseaba cancelar (por no leer todo) el gerente Cesar se dió a la tarea de demostrarme qué opciones de habitaciones tenía retirado del ruido y totalmente remodeladas . Quedé satisfecha . La ubicación excelente

They where helpful to resolve my needs this time, on a PRIOR VISIT I HAD THE BAD EXPERIENCE, of forgetting a perfume, I went back same day, and they denied finding it, ever since, I avoided to stay in this hotel again, till I had no more options this time, apparently they are making changes for good, THE HOTEL IS GOING TRUE A COMPLETE REMODELING, SO EXPECT NO AMENITIES, NOR PARKING, (hardly any spaces, hardly any sleep, TOO MUCH NOISE during construction hours, sometimes 12 hrs a day) so be AWARE

Muy moderno y cómodo, estaban remodelando pero todo y los ruidos de la construcción eran muy temprano, el desayuno continental tiene deficiencias en la calidad de sus productos, se nota que son de los más baratos

Básicamente sólo lo utilice para dormir ya que se encontraba en remodelación y no fui notificado de esto, creo que deberían de al menos avisar cuando este tipo de cosas ocurran y que uno decida si se queda o no en esas condiciones pagando tarifa completa.

FATAL TODO EL HOTEL ESTA EN REMODELACION

la llegada al hotel estuvo terrible, el hotel lucia muy mal por fuera debido a la renovacion, llegamos a una recepcion improvisada. Muy lento el checkin e incomodo tomando en cuenta que llegamos muy tarde por la noche y cansados. Cuando subimos a la habitacion el lugar era terrible los pasillos en muy mal estado. La habitacion era muy bonita pero sucia por el polvo de los trabajos de tablaroca. pague 12 mil pesos por 3 habitaciones ya abia pagado y era muy noche para conseguir otro hotel. Al dia siguiente muchisino ruido desde temprano, nubes de polvo por todo el hotel. Desayunamos en el tercer piso, malisima la comida, imposible de comer por el polvo. Pedimos al capitan de meseros que cerrara la puerta del comedor porque todos los alimentos estaban llenos de polvo. El desayuno era incluido y aun asi nos cobraron la diferencia de los huevos al gusto. en pocas palabras el desayuno solo incluia bebida, fruta , cafe y pan.... cuando salimos del comedor tuvimos que correr al elevador porque el humo impedia respirar y nuestros trajes se ensuciarian. Al checkout me retrase , era imposible descansar con tanto ruido del exterior. Pasa un señor muy prepotente y despota me dice que se me pasi el chekout corriendome porque tenia que salir desde las 12 Pm eran las 12:20 que si me iba a quedar o ir... total pague 3 noches casi 13 mil pesos por un terrible servicio. NO DEBEN ENGAÑAR A LOS CLIENTES EL HOTEL NO ESTA EN CONDICIO ES DE RECIBIR A NINGUN HUESPED. no vuelvo nunca

Atendido por la providencia

Pues nos tocó en remodelacion, entre albañiles y con check in -out en el estacionamiento, sin telefono y en un cuarto nuevo pero raro. Aquí el punto es que el dueño o el gerente parece que abrieron el hotel con el fin de recuperar inversion lo más pronto posible son importarle la clase de servicio proporcionado al cliente. Habrá que ver como quedará terminado pero dudo que regrese ahí pues hay un Howard Johnson enfrente que se ve muy bueno

Total recepción!!!

Una estancia pésima!!! Cucarachas, sin agua, siempre fallaron las tarjetas llave, sin linea telefonica ni siquiera para recepción, todos los días falló el telecable, pésimo estacionamiento y la atención de las recepcionistas deplorable sólo las personas de seguridad y los gerentes tuvieron un trato amable, la verdad ni de loco vuelvo a ese lugar la decepcion fue total, arruinaron mis vacaciones...

El lugar está bien, pero la atención del personal deja mucho que desear. En recepción son demasiado lentos y el concierge me dejo esperando la llave que el iba a cambiar (no estaban activadas) y nunca regreso. La atención en el restaurante también deja mucho que desear

Hotel comodo y bien ubicado

El hotel cuenta con una ubicación muy buena ya que queda cerca de plaza del sol, donde puedes ir de compras y comer. El personal del hotel es muy amable, salvo que en las mañanas hacen un poco de ruido al hacer la limpieza.

Falsas expectativas

Cuando uno viaja con familia desea que cada miembro se sienta a gusto, sin embargo esto no sucedió debido a que los servicios con los que actualmente se anuncia el hotel no son vigentes, la alberca ha desaparecido y el bar solo ofrecía unas cuantas bebidas, no vino tinto, ni preparados. Tampoco se advierte que esta en remodelación.
