This hotel had Friendly and helpful staff,the free shuttle was a bonus and the breakfast was adequate to start the day, our room was massive and well accommodated our family of 5. Would stay here again.

A very nice place to stay. Was a bit out of the City but was quiet, had good amenities around and the Ladies of the Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

Friendly and convenient

The staff and convenience of this hotel made our stay a pleasure. Complimentary diy laundry is a bonus for travelers. A hiccup with the air-conditioning was the only small downside, which the staff attended to and was fixed.

Nice hotel but we've stayed in better

Nice hotel, but seems to need an update of things a bit - breakfast was very limited and not the greatest, air conditioning didn't work very well, not enough towels left for our group of 6 (only 3 left) - we tried to call front desk, but either the phones were broken or no one answered. But it was in a nice location and quiet - and they did give us a late checkout without further charge, which was appreciated.

Bad hotel

It started off bad, the hotel advertised a free shuttle service but they failed to mention it was only until 10p.m. When I asked if he could get a taxi for us, he said he would but it never arrived we had to get another taxi. When we arrived he told us the taxi would not go that far to the airport and he could not reach us. When we asked for help with our luggage he refused and another guest at the hotel had to help us. I feel this is very poor service. I would never go back there again. My mother is 91 years of age and cannot do much, therefore I require assistance with luggage.

Unbelievably disrespectful staff

The initial person at the desk was nice and friendly. When we entered the room there was an incredibly strong chemical smell and I had to open the windows for three hours before it dissipated but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable so we didn't complain about it. However, we were woken up at 3am by a couple of men in the lobby literally shouting insults. There was also a female voice interspersed in the shouting. I just figured they were some drunk guests and I waited in bed for the staff to take care of it. After twenty minutes of wondering what was going on I finally got up and called the front desk to inquire about the situation. The person who answered just said she would take care of it. I was somewhat puzzled to recognize her voice on the phone as the female voice participating in the noise in the lobby but I thanked her and went back to bed. The conversation became somewhat less loud though still clearly audible but my wife managed to go back to sleep so I just dealt with it. But close to 4am the same voices became very loud again, shouting the same insults. When it woke my wife up I called the front desk again to tell them I was getting tired of all that noise in the lobby. The same female voice told me it was a different team this time and that she would threaten them with a warning. This was clearly a lie as we recognized the exact same voices shouting the same words as before and I told her that was not acceptable and that she had to put an end to the noise right then. She didn't say anything so I told her I'd have to call the police if the noise didn't stop. She just said "OK" and hung up. The loud men kept on shouting insults for ten minutes before finally leaving the hallway, laughing as they passed our door. The next morning we mentioned to the person at the desk that there had been very rude conversation in the lobby the night before and she just said she would make a note of it. Shocked by the lack of concern we just walked away. When we got home we sent two emails to the hotel to let them know what had happened. We never got any reply. So my wife posted a review on another travel site to tell our story. Several days later the hotel manager replied to the review to apologize and said that he would welcome the opportunity to discuss this issue further. This was also clearly a lie as he never answered our two emails we had sent directly to the hotel and there is no way of replying to a reply on that travel site, thus leaving him with the last word and looking concerned even though he didn't do anything to make it up to us. This really added insult to injury and I will never set foot in their hotel again.

Comfortable and Welcoming

Very nice stay. Staff were helpful and rooms were functional but also inviting and comfortable. My only issue is that it feels a little out of the way. If you have a mode of transport or an agenda then you will be okay however there isn't much chance to just walk out of the hotel and have something to do. Not a fault of the hotel but just a note if that is what you are looking for. Loved my stay and would definitely stay again.

concert weekend

We were looking for a hotel close to the Snoqulamie Casino where I was attending the concert. My husband wanted to play at the casino, and were looking for something close by. we were truly impressed by the clean hotel and friendly staff members. We were also impressed that we had a kitchen in our room,too, even though we didn't used it. the bed was fairly comfortable. the only concern was the phones were not working properly (one did)and we had a little trouble get the room temperature comfortable.other than that, we would definately recommend this hotel to others.

Quick trip

In Seattle to watch UW softball, didn't get to the hotel until 10:00 pm. just in time to sleep and get ready for next day. Room was comfortable and clean. Wished the bed was King or 2 Queens. Bed leaned into the middle from both sides. We slept in and appreciated the check out time of 12 noon. I would recommend this hotel for good value. Amenities include excellent continental breakfast ,above average toiletries and small kitchenette.

Good value for money shame about the feathers!

Everything I about this hotel was better than I expected for the price. The only problem we had was the feather bedding, my husband is asthmatic on all feathers. Unfortunately somehow this detail got lost in the booking so the hotel was not aware of the problem until we arrived around 7pm. Housekeeping had already left so we had to wait til past 9pm for the shuttle driver to sort it out. Even the mattress was made of feather so we had to cover it with a polyester duvet.

Nice Suite hotel

I found this hotel very comfortable. Desk staff were welcoming and made registration quick and easy. The room was cozy and nicely furnished. Lighting was adequate and the kitchenette was well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, small dishwasher, stovetop, microwave. TV was flat screen and apparently free movie rentals were available near the front desk, although we didn't take advantage of this. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and very functional. Homey atmosphere. Continental breakfast available in the morning was adequate, but the area was too small. Quality juices like Welch's grape and Ocean Spray cranberry were kept in a fridge. Cheese strings were also available, muffins, danish, variety of breads for toasting and boiled eggs. Cold cereals were in individual containers that you could eat from. Coffee was just the right strength and better than average - actually really good! Nice place to stay. Good location, close to Southcenter Mall, and it is best to travel there by avoiding the 405 and using other routes. Stay there and try it yourself.
