All London hotels are small, but there was a spacious bathroom and the bedroom was good for a sole traveller like me. Very clean, close to 2 Tube stations and lots of restaurants. Breakfast worth the cost. A lift was a bonus, as I following an injury, I can no longer carry a suitcase up stairs comfortably. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel

A well situated hotel in Bayswater close to public transport. Bed was comfortable however room is quite cramped especially if travelling with two large suitcases. Good wifi and breakfast was very nice.

Good location

A clean bright well maintained hotel. Our room was air conditioned, with just enough room for two. The staff were good. The breakfast was very basic and not much choice. If this could be improved, I would be able to really recommend this hotel. We have stayed here several times over the years and may return when next in London.

Excellent location for London stay.

Flat 5 minute walk to Queensway tube station. Kensington gardens massive park just 2 minutes walk. Friendy staff very clean rooms. Good breakfast which was included. Lots of food shops near Queensway station including supermarkets. We stayed 7 nights and were quite happy. Only minor issue was a water pump which kept comming on and off 24/7. We were in room 201 other rooms may not have this problem.

In great location! Loved where it was at.

The room was a little small but for the price we paid was pretty good. Breakfast was good there and was just overall in great location! Would recommend to stay around that area.

Faultless

Clean, good sized room. Wonderful location close to Queensway and Bayswater stations, next to Hyde Park and a short walk into central London too. Hotel staff are lovely and helpful. Bathroom a good size too. Aircon is appreciated and the wifi was strong and never dropped out.

Good value and location. Lift needs fixing: removing the 4th floor button is not the same as fixing the lift to work on the 4th floor!

Great location, ok price. Room size is not bad for London, room is clean, shower and hot water are nice. Our room was quiet until the last night someone stayed next door, but this is no guarantee in any hotel. Overall experience is good.

지하객실 무슨 생각으로 만들어놨니ㅎ

숙소 3박이나 예약했는데 우리나라로 따지면 육층 건물이던데 첫날에 그 많은 방중에 지하를 줬음 동양인이라 그런가 싶었지만 딱히 그런거같지는 않았는데 지하실은 리얼로 최악이에요 일층로비소리인지는 모르겠지만 사람들 걸어다니는 소리 구두소리 같은거 계속들리고 방음이 안좋아요 또 심지어 지하실에 조식실도있어요 방음도 안좋은데 무슨 생각으로 조식실옆에 객실 만들어놓은건지 이해가 안됐어여,,첫날 잘때 사람들 걸어다니는 신발소리, 아침에는 새벽부터 조식실에 사람들 왔다갔다하는소리로 잠을 제대로 못자서 다음날 방바꿔달랬더니 바꿔줬어요 이번엔 6층방으로 줬는데 확실히 자기에 소음이 없어서 좋았어요 지하방 배정받으면 바꿔달라하세요ㅠㅠ 그것빼고 남자 카운터에 앉아있는애 하나 좀 싸가지 없어보이는거 빼면 방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋아요 지하실만 아니라면 재방문의사 있습니다
