総合的に満足

喫煙部屋があるのは満足❗️ 部屋も綺麗です。 清掃はバッチリ快適です。 スカイツリーも見れるので場所的にも中々いいと思います。 立地も浅草寺も近い 少し不満点をあげるならば 冷蔵庫が古く中々冷えません。 アメニティはフロントで取っていくタイプで気付きにくい 総合的には値段相応という感じ 一泊6000円ぐらいで泊まりました 延長料金1時間2000円はもう一泊できちゃうぐらいの値段設定だったので1000円にして欲しいかなと思いました… それか11時チェックアウトだといいなと思いました

間違えて喫煙可の部屋を予約していましたが、チェックイン時に確認していただいて即禁煙のお部屋に変更していただくことができました。親切なご対応ありがとうございました。 ただホテルと部屋がネットで見た感じと違って清潔感が足りないというか… 浅草寺の直ぐ近くで、窓からも見えたのでよかったです。

風呂場が死ぬ程くさい

部屋が完成してるなら早くチェックインさせて欲しかったです。前回はそこまで気付きませんでしたが風呂場が死ぬ程くさい部屋の清掃も誇りなど目立ちました。試しに裸足歩いてみたら痒くなりました。また接客態度に問題がある方も見受けらました。安かろう悪からろでは次に行きたくなくなります。古いホテルなのは充分過ぎる程理解してますがもう少し改善出来る点は改善して欲しいと感じました。
