Place is good, just the bed quality was terrible, my wife and I woke up with pain everywhere, first time this happens after +20 nights in different hotels. Otherwise pool, spa qas great, personal at front desk great

The Bed was so uncomfortable. I saw this complaint and was thinking of canceling but then figured everyone is different so I would give them a try. I was very disappointed and had to pay for an other hotel for the rest of my trip.

I liked everything. The space was way way bigger than advertised and would easily have slept 8-10 people. They did everything they could to make sure it was a pleasant trip. Very much thanks. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit MSA!

Okay, I came home early!

The bathtub and hot tub were not very clean. The dishwasher was not empty. No flat sheet for the bed. Also the tv was not set up. I had to set up the Roku myself. The kids likes the pool.

This could be a great spot if they spent some money maintaining it. The sauna wasn’t working, the hot tub unclean and generally the facilities need some renovations to bring them i to the 21st century. Our unit was satisfactory but the place needs some TLC, given that we’re being sold a place with a pool and other attractive amenities that are dysfunctional.

Disons que le condo a besoin d'amour, surtout pour la salle de bain avec une pommeau de douche qui tient avec du ruban Ă©lectrique et qui tombe sur la tĂȘte (et oui)..une cĂ©ramique qui flotte (douche) et une pression d'eau trĂšs minime. Oublier les bain avec les enfants. Pas de ligne pour la vaisselle et d'essuie-tout...c'est ordinaire pour maintenir un environnement propre. Bref, une expĂ©rience trĂšs ordinaire....dĂ©solĂ©!

J’ai adorĂ© mon sĂ©jour malgrĂ© de petits dĂ©tails qui pourrait facilement ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©. La propretĂ© des murs entre autre. On voit beaucoup de coulisses. Rien pour faire la vaisselle. Pas de savon pour lave-vaisselle, pas de lavette, pas de plateau pour faire sĂ©cher et juste un linge. Toilette ne flush pas car fil du clapet cassĂ©. Tout cela dans le but de toujours s’amĂ©liorer car je garde un excellent souvenir de mon sĂ©jour.

SĂ©jour de trois jours, trois adultes dont une personne ainĂ©e. RĂ©ception: prĂ©sence rĂ©duite. Confort du condo: tout juste acceptable. Beaucoup de rĂ©paration Ă  faire: barres Ă  serviettes, pomeau de douche qui gicle de partout, sĂ©choir Ă  cheveux, bouchon pour l'Ă©vier de cuisine inexistant, donc obligĂ© d'utiliser le lave-vaisselle pour peu d'objets.... On doit installer la literie nous mĂȘme!..... on s'attend Ă  cela dans une auberge de jeunesse, mais pas dans un hĂ©bergement de ce prix!
