Unique price and room friendliness. There was 3 of us total but could possibly hold up to 5 or 6 ppl. What we didnt like was that we found a big cockcroach by the front door when leaving the elevator but other than that nothing negative about our overall experience at this hotel/apartment.

チェックインの案内に誤りがあり、夜の到着時に部屋に入れず困った。幸い、すぐに担当者に連絡が取れて対応してもらえたが、最悪の場合宿無になってたかと思うと、疲れた。 あと、入室時にほぼ全ての窓が開けっ放しのままになっており、自分たちで確認して閉めたものの、セキュリティ的に大丈夫なのかと不安になった。

This is our first stay in Japan. We staying on the top floor. The accommodation was good, as advertised but the road noise was terrible! Very close to two station stops, 7/11 almost next door was very handy. Felt very safe in this area coming back late at night many times.
