The property has beautiful landscape , gardens, water rides multiples and more than 8 pools to jump in. They kept price very reasonable with all inclusive deal which is the best deal u can find !

Vi hadde fin opphald i dette hotellet. Kjenner ikkje igjen dei negative kommentarer som vi leste før reisen. Fekk alltid hjelp fra ansatte og gjenglemt ipad i lobbyen fant veien til sikkeretsvakt. Rommen vår hadde daglig reinhold med gulvvask og oppredde senger + 2 flasker vatn hver dag. Basseng område er stor og rent, mye plass til voksne og barn. All inclusive restaurant tilbud nok mat til enhver smak. (Ris, poteter, makaroni/pasta, kylling, rollerburgers og masse ferske salater).

Helt ok men aldrig igen

När vi först anlände till hotellet möttes vi av en trevlig man i receptionen. De bjöd oss på dricka medan de ordnade med pappersarbetet. Receptionen var rymlig, vacker och ren. Sedan fick vi gå till rummet som var på fjärde våningen. Det första vi såg var att alla dörrars handtag var i dåligt skick. När vi går in i rummet är det fortfarande smutsigt på golvet och i lådorna. Rummet är gammalt och det syns på garderoben, sängen och fåtöljerna. De fyller sin funktion men det slitna får rummet att se ut i dåligt skick. Balkongen hade en vacker utsikt över vattenlandet och havet. Vi hade all-inclusive och det ångrar vi. Påläggen och osten var inte ätbara då de hade konstig konsistens och smak. All bröd smakade likadant. Smöret var alltid slut och man fick alltid be om smör. Det var samma sak med drickan till maten. Man fick stå i kö och be om dricka. Det hade varit bättre om man själv kunde fylla på sin dricka. Till frukosten stod en man och stekte ägg och omelett. Mycket trevlig och alltid glad. Tyvärr valde vi att äta ute flera gånger då maten inte hade någon god kvalité. Samma maträtter upprepades hela tiden. Det var fisklever till middag flera gånger i veckan. Badlandet var perfekt. En av poolerna var uppvärmd och det uppskattades. Flera rutschkanor som barnen gillade. Rent och fint vid poolerna. Hotellet hade behövt en renovering av rummen samt se över maten. Då har man ett toppenhotell.

Mycket för pengarna

Med tanke på vad det kostade är der svårt att klaga, all inclusive med vatten land för 60euro natten. Var inte så bra städat på golv, restaurang arbetarna satt och prata i telefon sen utan att byta hanskar tog i mat och serverar, samma med råa kyckling och färdiga så tog de i båda utan att byta hanskar så stor risk för magsjuka eller värre salmonella. Men alla var jätte trevliga. Och allt var jätte fint vid poolerna. Fanns mat nästan dygnet runt och alkohol också. Fanns butiker i närheten om man ville shoppa och alla var jätte barn vänliga. Så varmt rekommenderas om du har små barn. Kommer gärna tillbaka, sett många klagomål av folk men med tanke på priset så förstår jag inte vad de hade tänkt sig, det är väldigt dåligt städat i rummen.

Avoid

Daughter had a electric shock of hairdryer as no grill on front, staff rude, all inclusive was so bad kids didn’t eat as they did not cater for the uk people at all, bar staff rude and kept telling us to go down beach if we wanted a beer which was hot and flat. Would never go back worse hotel in Hurghada and we have try’d a few.
