The hotel is a new hotel in the city center. The staff were helpful. They had a couple of outdoor sitting areas that were very nice.

Lovely location - great for when travelling with a baby. Lifts made room accessible and we were provided with a cot and bath. Our room had all facilities needed for a little one and being a lovely central location.

Great place to stay in lille

Great location with plenty of room, lovely staff and felt very secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on its door step so don't feel like it's lacking in the car department plus you can utilise the kitchen

From the staff at the front desk to the cleaniness of the room, my friend and I's stay was excellent. The hotel being close to the town centre was a major bonus as everything was in close proximity. I was delighted by this accommodation. Plenty of light & power points, kitchen had plenty of cutlery, glasses , tea cups. Conveniently located. Decent supermarket nearby for a cheap night in with the microwave

It offered the kitchen services we wanted but front desk hotel service as well. The management was most helpful in extending our stay during the busy Olympic period. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Clean. Lots of options, especially the boiled egg cooker! We stayed in two different units both of which featured cheerful modern design. We worried about the hot summer months but found the rooms very comfortable.

Really good - good location, nice clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond - huge thank you to the cleaning and reception staff who were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Free coffee in the morning from the ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine and soy milk available. Very good value

Fantastic hotel, great location, careful parking!

The room was great. We had two adults and two teenage children and there was plenty of space. Room was really clean and well equipped. The only frustration was the neaby parking. We were advised of the cost per 24 hours. However, that only lasts for the first 24 hours, and is double thebprielce thereafter. So be careful. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for a family, central to Lille

Spacious apartments. Free gourmet coffee machine in the lobby which was nice. My only criticisms are that the common area had a musty smell and the dishwasher smelt horrible.
