Quiet boutique hotel near the marina.

We enjoyed our stay here for 7 nights, it was a sanctuary away from the activity of the town and the marina area. Close to walk when you wanted to venture out for meals and activities. Fabulous nearby restaurants . Good convieniance store at the corner . Staff were professional, helpful & friendly. Room had very good air -con , spacious , nice kitchen - although we had no need to cook with all the fabulous restaurants nearby. Guest laundry facility was free and much appreciated. Would definitely stay there again if we return to the area. Romeo and Julieta Italian restaurant is next door and was beautiful . We dined outdoors in their courtyard twice, under the moon.

The property is a good location and is decent. Our issue was a man, who supposedly lived in the building, climbed up the breeze block and came over our balcony railing early in the morning. He appeared “uneven” let’s say. He then walked across our second floor balcony while staring us down and the proceeded to swing around the wall suing the railing onto the next balcony. We found this unacceptable and likely unsafe as well as rude inconsiderate and illegal behavior. We requested to leave the hotel with a refund of our stay and they agreed and followed through.

La recepción con Monse fue increíble, muy atenta y muy amable, nos ayudó a conseguir actividades durante nuestra estadía al igual de darnos todas las comodidades posibles, la ubicación es increíble muy cerca de todo y no se escucha nada de ruido de antros al rededor del hotel, realmente estoy convencido en que es uno de los mejores hospedajes en Cabo San Lucas y regresaría sin duda alguna a este hotel

Beautiful and safe property! Attentive and helpful staff. It’s a walk to the main Cabo areas, I would book somewhere closer if you’re hoping to go clubbing but if you want to relax book here!

It's a lovely place, with nice people and easy to go around, walk to the Marina area, restaurants and "antros" (bars/pub) and the beach is about 10 minutes walking, really secure place!!! Monse, in the front desk is a lovely person.

Ótima localização, limpeza deixa a desejar

A localização é o ponto forte desse hotel. O que salvou a nota do atendimento foi a recepcionista Monse, muito prestativa e atenciosa. Tive arrumação de quarto apenas 1 dia dos 3 que me hospedei. Havia formigas na cozinha e não fui avisada, perdi todas as berries que comprei no mercado :( o ar condicionado estava quebrado e não havia outro quarto para trocar, foi difícil dormir nas 3 noites. A limpeza do quarto em geral quando cheguei deixava um pouco a desejar. Toalhas manchadas e chão sujo. A cama e o chuveiro eram ótimos. Paguei barato em relação aos outros hotéis então não me arrependo da estadia.
