Great location, plenty of space but unfortunately linen was not all clean. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Virtually no ability to use cooking facilities due to no oven trays, 1x tiny fry pan etc

good location front desk staff very very helpful and friendly but room was a bit dirty and extremly noisy hard to sleep and staff who serviced room didnt check properly if anything required we had to go to front desk for soap and toilet paper a couple of times bit dissappointing

2-Bedroom Condo

We, a family of 5, stayed 5 nights in a 2-bedroom condo with 2 toilet / bathrooms and good size kitchen. Found hotel to be in great location for short walk to many restaurants and bars, approx. 20 minute walk to Canada Place, and within 1/2 hour walk of Granville Island. Staff and accommodation were fine (the 2-bedroom condo was a good size for the 5 of us), though there is a bit of late-night traffic and people noise - obviously this is what you get when staying in the central city (no double-glazing provided to windows?). Would recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful location, central but quiet.

Very clean and tidy room. Perfect for our family. Well equiped and clean. Helpful staff. Allowed us a late check out to suit our shuttle transport time. Location was amazing.

Comfortable room and great location

The service was excellent for our stay. The early check-in was much appreciated. The complementary shuttle service was great for a drop-off at the hockey. Walking distance to shopping and the Aquaboat to Granville Island. Plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Comfortable for a family of 4

Hotel staff were very courteous and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Everything we needed. We like this part of the city as it was close to many dining options and shops. Also a reasonable walk from Yaletown railway station.

Room was good, breakfast good... On the day we had to leave to catch a plane the fire alarm went off and the lift had a problem resetting. Called front desk who said they were coming up to help. Help didn't arrive. Walked up and down 15 flights to get 12 pieces of luggage down. Not unhappy there was an alarm as that's ok, have a problem no one came to help making a stressful morning and just making our flight. Especially since we were told on the phone he was on his way to help!! Hot pool and breakfast were great.

Great stay in Vancouver

We loved our stay at the Landis Hotel & Suites! We were a party of 4, and had a 2 bedroom suite! We had everything we wanted, it was fully self contained, we were on the 12th, and had no noise at all! The hotel is very close to everything, we could walk to everything! The breakfast supplied was sufficient, and the pool and spa were great! They even had machines to do your laundry!
