Great view!

Picked the hotel because the view & it did not disappoint! The hotel is a bit tired though & cleanliness could be improved. Frontdesk staff were a bit sterile although had a friendly & helpful concierge guy during our quick stay.

Great stay! The view from our window was ridiculous!! Sydney opera house and Circular Quay. Amazing. The room was not refurbished and showed its age. There was duct tape on one of the windows. For a premium price a night, it should be better. But, lots of space and amazing views so it’s a wash.

Hotel is convenient and rooms are very spacious - views are lovely. The pool is great! Staff very helpful…especially in the restaurant. We couldn't heat our room so it was quite cool in the evening. Internet was poor when logged in as Accor members but good when logged in as ‘guest’…took us a while to figure it out.

It was the best stay experience. I spent a wonderful time in the suite room. The great location, just a short walk from Circular Quay Station and within walking distance of the Opera House, was also very appealing. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Sydney next time.
