Central location and clean modern build

Reception manager was polite and speedy with check in. The balcony is actually a shared balcony with a curtain up to seperate the space, which is odd but barring that place is clean, has all items you require, modern feel to it and close to all shops, cafes and bars.

I stayed at Q Square for 4 weeks. I loved every minute of it. The apartment was set up in a very thoughtful way for maximum convenience of the traveler. The shower was one of the easiest to operate. One simple movement was all that was required! The service was marvellous. Friendly efficient staff, always ready to help where necessary. Q square is the only place I will stay when visiting Brighton in the future. Thank you very much Q Square managment.

The man at front desk (I didn't get his name) was fantastic. When we checked in we found that out "balcony" room faced a brick wall with no light - he managed to upgrade us to the penthouse rooms, one each night!

Great apartments

Great place in an excellent location. Modern and clean with very friendly staff. Shame about the road works with their early morning starts and the 6.30 Sunday morning bin lorry - not the hotels fault.

Brighton Eeekend

Lady on reception when we arrived was incredibly miserable and again on check out! Apartment was lovely, amazing shower and incredibly clean. Only downside was the seagulls in the morning and the building works on street. Would recommend and stay again

We stayed here for a 10 day trip to Brighton and couldn't be happier with the experience. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can have an entire flat, in better condition and with similar features? We walked everywhere, and when we needed a taxi, they were queued right in the front court yard. Excellent apartment, very spacious and all the amenities that you could need. Comfy beds and a large *CLEAN* bathroom. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The room was designed as a small studio with a lot to offer in terms of facilities that one would not necessarily expect to find in a hotel room (e.g. a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven) and fantastic views to the adjacent green space. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre and the main shopping and entertainment attractions, and it is within short walking distance from the main train station. Generally, there is not much to criticise - I wish places like this were more readily available across the country.

We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus. While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed. There was a roadworks project outside but they weren’t noisy during our stay. My only gripe is that the sofa wasn’t particularly comfortable but overall I would thoroughly recommend Q Square as a pleasant and very convenient place to stay. It’s a short walk from the station, the shops and many of the sights. Tip - Take a taxi or a bus to the marina and walk the easy path under the white chalk cliffs and have lunch at Samphire at Salt Dean.

Friendly staff, convenient location, but uncomfortably hot (floor 4 south facing balcony has no shade, so intense heat from the sun, and no air conditioning). Decent property (having laundry, mini-kitchen, etc. ensuite is nice), but prices were high (granted, it's summer in Brighton = priced to the market) = marginal value.

Business and weekend break

Had booked a balcony room with outside space I had a 250 mile journey and missed their email advising that the room had an issue with the bed that could not be resolved in the short term. They kindly up graded us to a larger apartment at no additional cost Parking in Brighton is expensive they had negotiated a discount fee at North Road car park normally £32 discounted to £14 for 24 hours however it is not flexible if you need the car in the day or evening it becomes very expensive as there is no discount on hourly rates It’s very busy on a Saturday and I could not get back in as it was full I had to use another car park with a £25 rate for 24 hour stays again the inflexible rate prevented swapping between car parks. To finish on a positive the accommodation was excellent and I am staying again later this month despite the parking issues

1 night bliss

Had to wait for manager who had popped away from the desk when I arrived. Prompt checkin followed. Stayed in a studio. Lovely for 1 person, great amenities including a washer/dryer for laundry, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with small icebox. Lovely and clean especially in the bathroom inc mirrors etc. Blackout blinds hang with a slight gap so light can come in. Free internet and cast tv so I could watch things from my apps eg BBC iPlayer. Only little problems were doors slamming from 6.30am and the brickwall view (but this was ok and meant I wasn't on view like those with a balcony). I would definitely stay again if I got a good deal.

Apartment was great only down side smelt of cigarette smoke and the parking is not on sight which I thought seemed implied from the hotel add . Which due to our sat nav took us down a bus lane so a £70 fine added to it all ! The gentleman on reception though very nice and polite … our weekend in Brighton other then that great !
