Atendimento diferenciado, mesmo antes do check in já fui contactado por e-mail com instruções de como chegar mais facilmente ao hotel. Durante a estadia contei várias vezes com ajuda dos funcionários Rui e Marco. Tudo muito bom!

Hôtel bien situé. Propre, beau etc... Staff très agréable et serviable. Petit déjeuner bon, mais peu varié, peut être du aux restrictions du covid. J’aurais apprécié ma bouteille d’eau et mes capsules de café renouvelées tous les jours. Shampooing mis à disposition pas terrible (cheveux très emmêlés)

Il y avais personne à hôtel pour me recevoir , c’est plustot self service. L’air climatisé est très faible et avec les chaleur à Lisbonne c était pas top on va dire , mais cela dit la chambre était très propre et une belle vue sur la ville

Great place with top service

Top class service from the team. We had to change the room after the first night as the air con was not functioning properly. The team facilitated the room change immediately, and the following nights’ stay had been wonderful. Great location, close to Chiado station. There is a rooftop restaurant with a great view.

가성비 호텔

조식이 맛있어요 4성급이라고 떠서 예약했는데 흠...? 리스본 자체가 옛날 건물이 많은 듯 하네요. 1층에 레스토랑이있고 옆쪽에 큰문 초인종 눌러서 들어가시면 됩니다. 리셉션은 5층에있어요.
