The room were fantastic - large and very nice. The happy hour a cocktail options were excellent. The local beach just next to the hotel was full of pollution. The swimming pool needs to be cooled somehow - was very warm and unpleasant to swim in in hot weather. The spa had some renovations happening. It is a little out of town. The local seafood restaurants next door were great. The grounds of the Ana Mandara were lovely - very well maintained. The BBQ on the beach was a highlight. Welcome drink delicious.

Loved this hotel. Right on the beach & has a lovely albeit small pool. Not enough shuttles into town though. Located 20mins from city centre so it is quite isolated. Good for a beach/relax holiday.

Outdated. Noisy on during my stay. Breakfast buffet pricy for outside guests and not worth the money. Generally staffs are friendly but nil manager was on site. Overall, it’s a 3.5 stars with a 5 star price tag. PS. The location was excellent.

Nice Hotel near the Beach, and some Seafood joints

We had arranged for a hotel airport transfer and a car and hotel staff were waiting for us, and take us to the Hotel. The Check-in was efficient. The Hotel is a very nice restful location. There are a couple of seafood restaurants along the beach very close by. We used the hotel's complimentary bicycles to get around the island - that was convenient. The staff assisted us to organize our tours - they were very helpful.

Quiet resort on the beach...good place to chillout

Room very spacious with a comfortable bed. The free shuttle to Hue was a plus. The pool was nice and big and well maintained. The front desk staff spoke minimal English and the other resort staff no English at all. The Spa Centre overpriced with poor service. Breakfast buffet had a good spread of varied food in offer.

Great place to unwind and relax, highly recommend the beach villas!! Nice bar with live entertainment. Ok restaurant. Bit hot in the evenings as they don't turn the aircon on.. Staff were super friendly but probably needed some more guidance.. GM of the hotel was never anywhere to be seen. Special recommendation to Ly the bartender in the cabana. She was fantastic and made the best passionfruit margarita!! All in all a really nice place to stay. Maybe a new management team would only further improve the place!!!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sun.

This Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are huge (had a duplex room), very clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel facilities are just great, loved the outdoor swimming pool and the massage & spa place. The two restaurants serve really good food and have a good selection of cocktails to enjoy anywhere you want. The staff is the nicest I've seen so far, very friendly and helpful (english/french speaking). There is not much around the hotel, but they provide free shuttle bus to the city several times per day. We had a great time there and would love to go back during our next trip to Hue.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Lapochine Resort. There was a large group that came in on our second day and since the hotel knew is was our wedding anniversary and we preferred a quiet room, they nicely upgraded us to a very quiet nice room on the beach. Ms Tu at reception was so nice and thoughtful, she thought of everything we might need during our holiday. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hue.

A wonderful beach resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay at this beautiful resort. Their reception was impressive and very welcoming. The rooms were elegantly appointed and comfortable. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋. The large pool was warm and there were quite a few lounge chairs and umbrellas poolside and beachside. The restaurant served good and affordable food for lunch and supper. We would gladly go back.

Die Gartenanlage wird für Privatparties vermietet, was extreme wirklich extreme Lärmbelästigung zur Folge hat. W-lan so schwach, daß kaum was geht. Frühstücksbuffet: fast alle warmen Gerichte mit Schwein oder Rind und sehr dünner Kaffee Strandliegen und Schirme sehr schrottig

Ana Mandara ist ein sehr schönes Resort am Meer, sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Perspnal. Zimmer sind sauber und werden 2 x täglich gesäubert. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, leider isst man mehr als man sollte, Pool riesig, sauber, viele Liegen. Cocktails gut. Ich bin zum 2.mal hier und fühle mich wohl. Es gibt Gäste, die sind 5 Monate im Jahr im Ana Mandara. Preise sind sehr günstig. Nur unbeholfen beim Abholen vom Flughafen Hue.

Resort litt utenfor det meste

Flott resort på stranden et stykke fra HUE' sentrum. Oppgradert til Beach bungalow for et tillegg på 55 USD/natt. AC og varmtvann manglet første døgn - byttet til annen tilsvarende bungalow. Flott bad med dypt badekar - egne solsenger på terrasse. Flott service og meget vennlig personale. Var der i 8 dager - begrenset meny i restauranten ved opphold i så mange dager. Utover dette 3 kvelder med BBQ Seafood ved bassenget - hadde foretrukket alt meny BBQ - ikke det samme hver gang!! Flott bar med stort utvalg og happy hour, men du vet ikke hva du får. Syltynne drinker mikses ikke i baren, men et annet sted. Relativt høyt prisnivå på mat og drikke - dårlig overenstemmelse mellom pris og kvalitet, men dette er ikke vesten.

Wonderful attention to detail from the staff and very helpful. Beachfront was wonderful but a shame about the weather when we stayed. Shuttle buses to Hue could be more frequent as the distance is around 30 minutes to and from the hotel and the city.

A lovely beach resort with staff who are so friendly and helpful. The food here is all excellent, the rooms are clean and beautiful and the grounds well cared for. But the best thing here is how friendly and helpful all of the staff are. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they made us feel valued and special

Trivsamt hotell

Hotellet, poolen, frukosten, maten på restaurangen, personalen och servicen var bra. Biljardbord, pingisbord och fotbollsspel finns. Läget, i närheten av havet, med fantastisk strand var underbart. Det finns dock inte så mycket att göra eller andra restauranger i omgivningen. Gott om små serveringar. Hotellet har gratis bussar in till Hue som fungerar perfekt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet!

Beautiful beach front property. We stayed in a villa, it was very spacious and well appointed. There’s a lot to do in the area: hotel provides bikes and we took a ride through a fishing village, hotel shuttle ride to Hue takes about 25 minutes. Good breakfast buffet.
