Beautiful location and great staff. Room didn’t have a light and had to carry the one lamp around like a lantern room to room. Toilet seat was not attached, no mirror in bathroom.

I usually don’t make this kind of comments but the property has very poor maintenance. In the room was mold and the paint was coming off the walls. The main knob door was falling apart, the refrigerator wasn’t working, was ask for more towels because the ones we had were like sand paper including the bathroom floor mats had holes and very old and stained, they advertised that they had pretty much that it was equipped with utensils (which there was none and missing a lot of pots so we couldn’t even cook, bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep much, the balcony seemed like it doesn’t get cleaned because there were old cigarette buts, the balcony shades were old and damaged, the property elevator is old makes a lot of noise and the elevator door is very dangerous, my girlfriend’s leg got stuck in the door and won’t open so we were lucky that I was right outside and push the outside button to reopen the door, same thing happened to me but it was my arm. I notified the front desk and they’re answer

Our recommendation to improve.

Very well located and friendly staff but …the suite 404A where we stayed needs an overall update ; the bathroom cabinet doors looks awful, the towels are very old, the living room sofa and chair are too big and old looking, the dining room chairs need new fabric because they had many stains, the sink looked dirty so … hope they do better maintenance and renew some of the furniture. We had to walk 1 block to another location for the breakfast that was included in the rate we paid.

El personal siempre fue atento y cordial. Las Chef Juanita y Fernanda muy amables y atentas, hacían maravillas con lo que tenían disponible para preparar los platillos, ya que el menú era muy limitado y repetitivo. Para consumir el desayuno incluido, teníamos que caminar casi dos cuadras y entrar a otro edificio. Nos asignaron una habitación ubicada en el último piso de un edificio de la calle Aristóteles 140, con dos recamaras y un baño porque éramos cuatro personas y por esto nos cobraron el doble por noche, como si fueran dos habitaciones independientes, la habitación se calentaba mucho y no teníamos abanicos, en una de las recámaras había un minisplit que dejó de funcionar desde la primera noche y no lo repararon nunca, todas las noches tuvimos mucho calor. Los colchones de las camas parecen de piedra, provocan dolor de espalda. Todo el mobiliario y ropa de cama es muy viejo y desgastado, en la recepción los sillones son viejos, se ven sucios o manchados. La TV fallaba mucho y tenía pocas opciones para ver, tenías que usar tu suscripción alguna plataforma o pagar directo para ver algo interesante. El internet estaba intermitente. Definitivamente no es un Hotel de 4 estrellas, quizá lo fue antes, pero ahora parece un hotel abandonado.

La ubicación es muy buena para actividades dentro de esa zona, sin embargo, las habitaciones están espantosas o nada que ver con las fotos que presentan en la página las toallas despelucadas y viejas, las chapas de las puertas inseguras y los baños viejos y sin Mantenimiento, es barato para la zona, pero para la próxima vez buscaré otra opción, aunque tenga que pagar un poco más, no lo recomiendo
