Excellent accomodation

We had a 3 bed, 2 bath room on the 5th floor and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the view amazing. The only thing missing for us was sunbeds/seating around the pool area. It was about 0.5 miles to the supermarket and commercial centre which was good however if you want access to the full Mojacar Playa entertainment and restaurants you may need to take a bus or a short taxi ride as stretches about 3 miles in total.

Apartment in generally good condition with good kitchen, clean laundry and comfortable bed. Plenty of car parking along front so don't need pay extra for underground parking. Terraced area in apartment not cleaned / swept .. but was just about acceptable. We borrowed a hair dryer and a kettle for free .. but I expected a kettle to have been already in the apartment kitchen! Needed to ask for replacement towels (we were there 10 nights) and also ask for extra toilet rolls .. all provided without fuss, but would have expected enough supplies provided at start or brought to us after 7 days.

Reasonable level of cleanliness, awful levels of service.

Although we understand the situation regarding Covid and the lack of booking for the last 18 months must have had an impact, the check in process and service levels need to be urgently addressed. No clear signs and instructions regarding check in, we had to call someone in Malaga who was trying to provide directions to a gate in the complex that was not clearly marked and as the the person on the phone had never been to or seen the complex, had no idea how to direct us. Taking into consideration that you cannot check in until after 4 pm and the reception, when it is open closes at 1 pm, defies all logic. The instructions for many things were unclear, we did not know how to access the car park or the pool and after a week, we have still not been inside either. The use of the laundry system is equally unclear as it states you need to insert a certain amount of euros, which we did, only to find 2 days later and that is because the reception is very rarely open, that we needed to purchase a token, at the reception that is very rarely open. I have tried to recover the euros I put into the machine but apparently the staff are very busy (!!!) and have not been able to go up to the machine, open it and give me my money back. On the first night an alarm went off in the general areas, no one knew if it was the fire alarm and it went on for hours, no service/emergency call out numbers, no one on site (on a complex of this size, I am sure it must be breaking some sort of health and safety rules). I do not want to think about the consequences if it had been a fire. The property overall is not bad, reasonably clean and tidy but the service level do need serious a d urgent attention.

Standard apartment with awesome views

The apartments are pretty basic, although the kitchen equipment seems quite new. What more than compensates for this are the large balconies with beautiful views of the sea and beach which are literally the other side of the road to the hotel.

Ruidoso y con malos olores a desagüe

El primer día tuvimos q reclamar para q nos cambiasen por el olor tóxico a cañería o algo podrido en todo el piso. El ruido nocturno no cesaba en toda la noche, personas de fiesta gritando. El personal q vigila a veces restringe y a veces no. Pisos para 6, pero hay q usar sofá cama incomodisimo. No repetiría para nada

Great sea views

We hired a 3 bed spacious appartment with fab views of the sea from balcony. Its 2 mins from beach which is right opposite and a short stroll to bars and restaurants. Only gripe is that you need a kettle and toaster which you can rent from reception for a 20€ refundable deposit. There are limited cooking utensils too. The swimming pool is fab and pretty much secluded. An excellent located appartment, enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony in the mornings and a few beers watching the sun going down at night.

Fab views over the seafront

The apartments are all overlooking the beach, big terraces with table and chairs and 2 sun beds, a little bit tired looking on the terrace but the inside is good and quite modern with everything you need for self catering. A short 10 min walk along the front takes you to the central plaza with shops and bars, further along the front is central Mojácar playa with loads of bars and restaurants, lots of choice.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment facing the sea/beach and road. A large sun deck with plastic table and chairs and large sun umbrella, and patio doors to kitchen diner living room. Condition of everything was looking tired and well used,with some maintenance issues requiring attention, especially to patio doors and external condition. These things did not spoil our time staying here and will certainly consider staying here again.
